Private Treetop Luxury Escape


Relax among the treetops of Lincoln and enjoy the privacy and convenience of this custom built vacation sanctuary. Close to all the White Mountains have to offer, yet nestled comfortably on a dead end Lincoln street. Newly constructed in 2021, complete with all new furnishings either meticulously chosen or uniquely created to enhance your stay. Every inch of this home built in the trees has been crafted by master woodworkers with the utmost attention to detail, and
designed with thought and passion.
Native trees cleared from the site, reclaimed wood, and corrugated metal have all been repurposed to create this work of art. Sleeps four comfortably with a king adjustable bed in the bedroom and a full in the loft. There is also a special "Cub Den" tucked high above with a twin bed. Within walking distance of several restaurants, but also complete with a fully stocked kitchen for private dining. Five minute drive to Loon Mountain Ski Resorts South Peak entrance. Direct access to Corridor 11 for snowmobilers.

Beautiful and fun

Weekend getaway
We booked for my sister’s 30th birthday weekend. Everything was perfect and the check in was seamless. Great location-close to everything the white mountains have to offer. The treehouse is beautiful. We loved the on site fire pit stocked with fire wood. The owners were very attentive and welcoming. We look forward to booking again.

Not your childhood treehouse!
We spent a relaxing three nights at the treehouse! It snowed while we there which just added to the beauty of the house itself. I appreciated the solid construction and the absolutely beautiful woodwork! Lots of useful and skillfully done details….the cupboards that pull out from the wall, the oversized shower, the beautiful deck! Its proximity to downtown Lincoln/Woodstock was great! Getting to snowshoe spots in the Whites was easy. Kathy responded quickly to questions and gave clear instructions, so we had no worries….just a peaceful, pleasant time away for me and the hubby! Thanks, Kathy!

Great Location for Skiing
If you have a chance to book a stay at the treehouse do it! What a wonderful stay and it was easy access to Loon, Cannon and Bretton Woods for skiing. Easy to walk to places to eat and shops right up the street in Lincoln. The treehouse has great woodwork and is beautiful on the inside. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again.

Exceeded expectations in every way
The thoughtfulness and care that went into the design of the treehouse are so evident. Small handmade details fill the entire place. Larger details like the wide reclaimed floors and corrugated paneling made us feel like we stepped into another era, while at the same time, the house feels like it was built yesterday as it is so well maintained. Comfortable beds, lovely amenities, and perfect for a family of 4 after skiing. The only things that might impact our ability to stay here again are the minimum nights and non-refundability, because sometimes life needs more flexibility. Otherwise, 10/10.

Great location, close to food, shopping, and outdoor activities (including Loon Mountain!). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique winter experience. The treehouse is very warm and inviting. One of the best experiences/stays I have had in Lincoln, NH!

Amazing getaway
The treehouse was absolutely an amazing experience. It was so beautiful on the inside and outside and looked even more stunning in person. It was beautifully built and we enjoyed all the little nooks, crannies and small little details it offered. It was so clean and we felt very at home for our stay. Lots of room including the beautiful upstairs loft. We will be booking again.

Wonderful property, very cute, in touch with the area. Everything we needed was there. Beds and pillows were comfy. Homes in the immediate area are being improved, which will be a positive. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is the absolute CUTEST house i’ve rented thus far on my trips. Its the absolute perfect size -not too big and not too small- along with being super clean and perfectly designed. It was a great location and basically right in the middle of all the action. Will be back for sure!

Fantastic Treehouse Getaway
What a unique and fantastic property. Wonderful theming from the owner with so many special touches inside and out that made the stay truly memorable! Our six year old shrieked with delight when he saw the the little cub den he got to sleep in. Close enough to town where you can easily walk to dinner. Great communication from the owner. Perfect home base for exploring and enjoying the White Mountains.

Absolutely serene and beautiful! So many small touches inside and out that made the stay so special! I went with my 7 year old daughter and my sister and kids joined us two nights the kids loved the little cub den and we had fires every night and made s’mores! We walked to mini golf and enjoyed some of the local rivers. It was perfect!
