L'appartement que nous avons loué était mal agencé au niveau de la cuisine pour les rangements. U...

J'ai eu un problème avec la porte d'entrée du logement ou il n'est pas indiqué par l'agence qu'il faut soulever la poignée pour fermer. Je suis restée à la porte presque 30 min avant qu'un voisin nous libère et qu'on puisse réintégrer le logement. Message laissé a l'agence qui n'a jamais répondu ni c'est inquiété de notre sort. Leur seul inquiétude était de laisser des SMS pour demander de bien nettoyer le logement en partant. Très déçu et je ne passerai plus par agence dorénavant mais par particulier beaucoup moins impersonnel.
