Garage réservé aux voitures moyennes ou petites Chambres au calme au nord et salon plein sud avec balcon/ terrasse Mobilier et décoration minimaliste ainsi que l’éclairage perfectible Immeuble en front de mer mais un peu en retrait du remblai ce qui est parfait
