受付の対応が極端
受付の対応が良い人と悪い人の二択。 シャトルバスが電話で断られる場合がある。 朝食は貧相だが、牛乳があるのが良い。 部屋はあまり掃除されていない(以前の宿泊客の忘れ物があった)。 直近にコストコ、ターゲット等があり買い物は便利。 マンハッタンまで距離はあるが、早朝便等に乗るための仮眠場所だと思えば悪くない。 空港直近だが部屋にいても騒音は気にならない程度に防音されているようだ。 但し、廊下の人声等は響いてうるさい。

Everything I needed. Well maintained. The only thing that needed some work was the scent. Great shuttle to JFK.

Room facilities was quite okay. Receptionist's attitude was so bad and not at all co-operative.There is no helping staff or ward boy in the hotel.

The gentlemen working front desk very rude, yelled at me because my reservation wasn’t in computer since I booked through Expedia at last min within the hour since my flight was cancelled after traveling for 24 hours. He said I should let people behind me go first since they prob had booked their reservations weeks ago . If he would have asked nicely I would not have had a prob with that I would have been glad to let the couple people behind me check in but how would I have had any idea that a reservation I booked an hour ago through Expedia would not show up immediately in his computer?? When I called him directly to book room he had no rooms avail with two beds and he told me shuttle back to airport started at 8 am. When I went on Expedia they had a room with two beds avail and stated 24 hour shuttle which we needed to be back at airport by 4 am. Coffee area dirty . I will say we had 4 hours to sleep and shower and that’s all we needed would have been upset if we needed it for longer for the price .

Personal de recepción y el chofer de los traslados con pésima actitud, gritando a los huéspedes en el Check in y en el traslado de y hacia el aeropuerto, eso si: Solicitando ( el chofer) propinas extras por el traslado ofrecido por la administración del hotel Gratis!! No vuelvo!

The photos used on Expedia website are from another place. The hotel is dingy, dirty, needs major renovation. The furniture in the lobby is not yellow and bright rather old sofas quite worn out. The furniture in the room also worn out. The carpets in the room disgusting. I would give this hotel maximum 3 stars.

We were trapped in New York due to flight delays out of Boston to JFK. Found this location through Expedia. Knew we made a good choice when we saw everyone else on the shuttle were airline crew. Shuttle direct from the terminal running around the clock made this a very easy choice! Five Town Inn will be at the top of my list anytime I need a hotel near JFK in the future.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Old rooms, bedding and TV. They did not even have an proper duvet blanket and we were freezing almost every night. We decided to try the heater, which was expelling dust and made the room super musty and stuffy. The area is not convenient if you`re looking for entertainment and good food. The staff were nice and the lady at the front is very friendly.

Everyone working at this property was so helpful and kind. Our first night we didn’t realize how small the bed was. We asked for a rollaway bed and they offered us a free upgrade to a double bed. Then next night we struggled trying to figure out the AC/heating system. Someone came up and helped us and was very kind. I was nervous about our stay based on the reviews but it was a good stay! This is not a 5 star hotel by any means but it felt like it due to the convenience and hospitality. They are extremely bombarded by the amount of calls related to the shuttle service and I realize most negative reviews have to do with the shuttle service. I didn’t have to use this service so my experience is not related to the shuttle.

The shuttle option great, offered many stops other than just the airport and hotel. Showers need a little help but they are improving the hotel overall . I d stay there again
