「We had no worries whatsoever about our stay as we received many emails and messages regarding our booking. On the day of our arrival, we received a text message informing us that we could check in early if we wanted, so we were shown to our room two hours earlier than the normal check-in time. 「Awesome views in a reasonably quiet area. All you need with a decent size room. However there are a few things to bear in mind. We were there for 4 days in March and the sun beats down and heats the room up very quickly through the awesome panoramic windows. The really poor thing is we ran out of water twice. 「What a lovely old house we had such a lovely relaxing chilled weekend. So lovely and clean cosy and warm and comfy beds. Only 20 mins. from Launceston and the town of Exeter only Minutes away from the house for supplies. Lovely and quiet. There were only 3 of us but plenty of room for at least 8 adults. 「It was an absolute amazing Stay the owners was much welcomed information about the local area helped lots in making choices as to what we were going to do.
