到着の時間が早かったので、荷物の預かりの案内がなく、$8追加料金を取られました。 チェックインの際カードを使いますが、リンクの支払い通知と、その他2件の支払い確認がカード会社からあり、不正使用がわかりました、ラスベガスに着いてリンクホテル以外カードを使ってない為ホテルでの不正使用です。 カードは使えなくなり、大変でした。 初日はバスルームのボディーソープがなく、また清掃をしていない日が二日もあり、タオルセットだけ持って来て貰いました。お掃除をしている人にも伝えましたが改善されずひどかったです。 何度も行っているラスベガスですが、インペリアルが、新しくなったので初めて泊まりましたが、最悪でした。立地が良くても最低のホテルでした。

チェックイン時セルフチェックインの機械を試すがほぼ皆が完了できなくフロントに並ぶ。 フロント従業員は一人のみで長蛇の列。 部屋に入るも灰皿が床に置いてあり冷蔵庫の中は前回泊まった客のアルコール3本入ってる。 ハウスキーパーが来たようだが、バスタオルは新しいのが置かれてない、 ベッドメイキングなし、ゴミだけは捨てたらしい。 他にも洗面所の破損して物は行く疲れあり。

This was my 3rd visit to Vegas and by far my favorite. Proximity to the monorail, dining options in the Promenade, and great staff makes the Linq my new go-to when staying in Vegas

Poor, bland, uninviting interiors - think cheap finish. Not even basic amenities like soaps/shampoos in the bathrooms, among other basics missing in the room.

Rooms were average at best but very clean. Housekeeping was wonderful and super friendly. Took a very long time to get an elevator from the 3rd district. One morning it stopped at every single floor from the 13th to the casino. Casino and other area around the property was super clean and fresh. Also, getting a cab to the airport in the morning took a very long time. Not an overwhelmingly exciting experience and not fancy by any means but sufficient for a work trip.

The extremely overpriced room had absolutely no amenities. The parking garage had no designated parking for guest, we spent a hour driving back and forth waiting for a parking spot to open up. Called for house keeping and the room wasn't cleaned at all, they left all the trash, beds unmade and sat towels on the sink in the bathroom, that was it.

Liked the hotel, but from check in there was issues about our room not being ready at 8pm, our room had some scratches and stains, and then unfortunately the restroom light gave which we had to use our cellphone flashlights to use the restroom then when I called to check out the operator wanted to charge me for services I paid for at check in. She requested I go to the front desk to check out and when I went down there and said I was checking out to the front desk they were like “Ok have a day.” I said “That’s it” and she said “Yes.” So I spent 10mins on the phone going over charges when I could’ve just left. 😑

Was given a handicap accessible room, which was not requested. Toilet was too tall for the normal person. Shower had no way to stop water from running out, and made the bathroom floor wet, creating a slip hazard. Room smelled of smoke, even though non smoking room was requested. Resort was good otherwise. Great location.

I did not like when fire / general alarm went off one morning. WE were staying on 18 th floor. It would have been impossible for my wife to walk down 18 floors. Alarm was cancelled few minutes later.

The shower curtain doesnt touch the ground and water literally just runs all across the bathroom floor. Sheets were physically and visibly dirty. Self check in was a TERRIBLE experience.

Nothing special, really. Especially considering the price. Rooms are nice and spacious but the toilet seat was old and stained, check-in was easy but the staff takes too long to respond. Also our phone in the room wasn't working and it's hard to get a hold on anyone since there's always a big line. The casino floor smelled like sewage since they're having a sewer issue in the parking.The property itself doesn't have much value other than being close to everything, the promenade is definitely the bright side of the stay and how close it is to everywhere. However I feel like there are several other properties on and close to the strip on the same price range for a better value. Finally, you can spend hours playing on the slots without getting a drink and cocktail waitresses acknowledge you but won't take your order. It wasn't bad, but you guys can do a lot better.

The property is ran down and the upgraded room that I paid for was small. I do not think that I was actually upgraded. I will not stay at this property for my future Vegas trips.

I enjoyed the location. The hotel was ok, but nothing to really rave about. I was charged $60 for parking even though I didn’t have a car and it took two phone calls and waiting online to fix it. Their quick shopping NOOK charged me three times for one trip and I still can’t find out how to get that money back….oh, but check in and check out was quick. Average. I won’t be staying again though.

The Linq is good as a budget "party" property, but I found a few things about the place that are turn offs. First, cord-cutters BEWARE! Your TV has NO HDMI ports. You'll only find 2 USB service ports to upgrade software on their concierge service. One of the elevators was beaten to death in District 3 (nearest the monorail) and would clear the board after thing moved, causing everyone to have to smack their room keys on the sensor to start the process all over again. Happened each time it started and stopped. On my 3rd night, there was a horrid smell on one of the carpets like someone puked or lit some marijuana, which it prevalent around the property and its patrons. Room service was HIGHLY inconsistent. I had to make a few calls just to get them to show up. When they did, they often didn't take the tip I left out for them. Maybe that speaks for something? Dining options aren't as hearty as you would think inside the hotel, so you're looking at the Promenade for food after 10pm.

Fantastic location! Close to many restaurants. Very few free seats at the pool, despite paying huge resort fees. Basically, only got Wi-Fi on 2 devices for over $250 in resort fees. A rip-off.
