気になった点 : スタッフとサービス
部屋は広く、ゆったりとしている点ではとても良かったです。清潔感あり、設備も整えているので、長期滞在にも大した不便を感じなかったです。 しかし、ホテルの立地はあまり良くなく、バス停からもリニモも徒歩できる圏内になく、基本Uberでタクシーを呼んでの移動になります。フォトコーナーから距離的には徒歩範囲(2-3キロ)とは言えるかもしれませんが、車道のすぐ隣にある細い歩道に基本歩く人の姿はなく、心細く感じてしまいます。 またホテル周辺は買い物できる店などは全くありません。部屋にキッチンはありますが、車がないとなかなか出番はないかと思います。

街に近い意外と静かなホテル
Hilton Homewood Suitesの期待通りの素晴らしいホテル。高速に近く騒音が気になるかと思いましたが、ホテルに入ると全く問題ありませんでした。付属のプールも大変綺麗で快適。車であれば街へのアクセスは5分程度で、大変便利なホテルでした。

It was clean, spacious, quiet, easy parking and friendly staff. How ever the breakfast food was limited, had to wait in long line and a few items where out by the time we got to them

Very unprofessional, seemed almost racist. We were the only family of color that I seen there and weren't accommodated for any of our issues we experienced. There was hair in the sink and bathtub when we checked in. They falsified our check in time and date. There was trash on the floor. And we asked to speak to a manager but they never showed up the whole time we were there. I will never stay there again.

Had to pay for parking which was irritating as it said it came with the room. The room was SO noisy we had to turn the microwave off and the air-conditioning. The room was clean and large enough for 5 people. It has a little kitchen so perfect if you are on a budget, more of an AirB&B. Staff was so dry borderline rude. Breakfast was actually nice (waffles, eggs, juice, fruit, toast, sausages). Really good things that were let down by simple things such as extra payment for parking, noise and unfriendly staff. Deposit was returned within seconds of check out!

Daniela,I am so sorry you were not happy about the parking fee. We have no control over the 3rd party sites stating we have free parking. They have all been contacted to have that statement removed from their website. I am glad that you were happy about the breakfast selections, and I hope you can give us another opportunity to make it right for you on your future stay with us.

Ok service
We liked our room, but one of the beds was super squeaky. We had to ask for housekeeping and were told that we would get it if the schedule wasn’t full. Also, although we did let them know that we would be 5 guests total, we had to continually ask for extra towels. The jacuzzi wasn’t hot and when asked if they could turn up the heat, we were told it was broken. For the price we paid, we could of got better service, in my opinion.

Great hotel
It was a great experience. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in Vegas. The general manager who was checking in was also very friendly and even gave my toddler a book to read which he enjoyed a lot.

Not what I expect from homewood suites
Not what I expect for a Homewood suites. First, when we arrived we had to be buzzed in and they were not quick to do this. When I approached the front desk there was no greeting just “credit card and ID”. Nice room. Reasonably clean, under the bed was dirty. Ok location, but difficult to walk to strip due to construction. Breakfast was terrible. First day, there was a mix up on stated times and most of the food was put away. We just ate an early lunch and based on the next days breakfast that was probably good. Second day the egg dish and sausage were bad. I’m not picky and have never had a truly bad breakfast at a hotel and have stayed at a few Homewood suites and like it just fine, but this was bad. They did comp parking because of the mix up the first day. Overall, wouldn’t stay there again. It was not terrible, but there are so many other choices, I would probably pick something closed to the strip or Fremont. We picked it because we were going to bring our dog, but we ended up not bringing her. I didn’t change the hotel, cause I generally like homewood suites anyway.
