Hotel is cute and in a great location but there is no hot water unless you shower at night, the bathroom walls are peeling, no one ever cleaned our room, ran out of toilet paper, shampoo and towels, when we called downstairs to get more it took an hour to bring them to us. I was really looking forward to this hotel but I will never stay here again. Worst hotel on the strip.

Hi . I checked in the property on 14 April at 11 pm and left property on 17 April at 10.55 pm . No room cleaning people came during our stay there . I requested at front desk 3-4 times but no action . Even on my last day I didn’t have clean towels and bed sheets . They did not provide . Nobody care there . Bad experience. Thanks

We found the desk staff somewhat helpful, but with such a huge hotel VERY helpful would have been nice. We only had 3 towels for 4 people in the room, one tiny bottle of each toiletry need, the sink didn’t drain well, and the pillows were a mix of odd fillings, super slouchy or rock hard with no on between. The grounds looked lovely, but 2 of the pools weren’t open. We did have a FANTASTIC view of the Spbere and the High Roller.

This property is very nice with the surroundings, the rooms, especially considering it has been in Vegas for a long time. They renovate occasionally, which really helps because there are other properties in Vegas that are getting old and tired. This one remains fresh and bright.

No coffee pot and microwave in room. No room service, you have to Uber Eats then pick up down stairs. Only place to get coffee in the morning is Starbucks and cafe but the lines are sooo long. No vent fan in bathroom so my hair was frizzy every day and my room was humid. The best part of the room was the shower pressure, it was awesome!

Tried to check in via the kiosks, they did not work. Got to the room there was black mold in the bathroom. Notified front desk, they kept saying they would send house keeping. Making my bed does not clean the black mold. Wifi never worked, got to pay roaming charges every day. They tell you to text their machine it is horrible. If you are staying on the one side of the hotel where the alley mall is or whatever it’s called the outdoor club goes until 4-5am… which is fine except at 9am they were doing Reno’s on the room next to us. At check out the kiosks clearly were still not working. We wanted to speak to a human, if you attempted to check out at the broken kiosks first you were given priority. I cannot believe this hotel can run like this. Such a disappointment after being so excited to go there. At check out they gave us $40 off wow what a joke.

The courtyard was a nice area. Family pool had limited access and they closed early on us one day without any notice. Just asked kids to leave the pool. not even a five minute warning. Front reception were unhelpful and seemed annoyed to talk to us. We asked to check in early and asked about our bags. They failed to tell us we could check them in with them for free. Only told us we would be charged to leave them in our rooms. It was hard to get a coffee when playing. The bar wanted to charge me $9. Told me to just go to starbucks instead even when I was playing the machines. Room wasn't cleaned the first days. Had to ask for service and the first person I talked to just ignored me. Had to call to front desk. Room was okay. WOuld have been nice to have a coffee machine. Will know for next time.

The Flamingo is fine if you aren’t picky. More of the get-what-pay-for type. In 2018 we loved it, but 6 years later…looks like they are just letting it fall apart. The staff were friendly and kind, but attention to cleaning and repair details is grim. We won’t stay there again after this visit. I wish some billionaire would bring it to the same glorious status as the hotels all around it. Great location…but sad state of affairs going on there now. : /

Wonderful location for a short stay - it can't be beat! We paid for a slightly upgraded room (High Roller View) and the view WAS awesome! The room itself was nice, pretty basic and definitely a little rough around the edges. At first glance it looked super nice, then when you looked closely in the bathroom etc. we noticed that some repairs and deep-cleaning was needed (black mold on the caulk in the shower, etc.) A BIG bummer was that the shower was cold every morning of our stay, so we ended up showering in the evenings before bed. We tried running the shower for 10 mins to see if it would warm up, but unfortunately it never did! Overall, we'd definitely stay there again - you get a lot of bang for your buck and the location is ideal on the strip!

I went for a girls trip, the hotel was great. However we had a lot of issues checking in. There was a charge for early check in and when we got up there the room they gave us wasn’t ready. They did rectify the issue and removed the charge, however it was quite the hassle. Everything after that was great though. No issues with anything else

Great location, nice ponds, vegetation and animals, essentially the flamingos! Nice pools and poolside. Elevators weren’t working, if they were, were complicated, room cards wouldn’t activate the number pads. We didn’t have hot water for a few days but are hoping our room charges will be refunded.

The overall lay out was great. Easy to shopping and pool. The front desk was notified of housekeeping needs and requests were not fulfilled. We asked several times for towels and garbage to be emptied and we were only brought towels. The dirty towels were left in the floor and garbage was not emptied. I had to catch a housekeeper in the hallway, she graciously did what was needed.

Hot water in the mornings didn't exist. The last morning was amounted to a cold shower. The room was supposedly an upgrade, but was very old and out dated. No USB charging ports. Most of the staff was wonderful. Found one bar that was extremely rude to people that weren't playing enough to qualify for a free drink.

Read other reviews before booking. Room rates are misleading as they tack on up to an addtl $100 per night, depending on whether you want to check in at 3 pm vs 4 pm. The room is clearly available so, really? The room I had was not clean. The sink faucet moved around when using, the soap dispenser did not have soap, the door to the bathroom looked really old with stains. Really poor property for the final price - much better options elsewhere.

Flamingo was ok but not the best. The phone in our room didn't work and the water pressure in the shower well there wasn't any! Water pretty much dribbled out of the shower head. The room was clean upon arrival. Really don't think guests of the hotel should be charged for parking but i guess that's Vegas for ya!

The pool was freezing. When you have to pay for a seat by the pool and the drinks are $38, you expect to be able to enjoy the water. Everything else was very good.

Our toilets was broken when we got there, called for repair and nevee showed up or fixed. The front desk staff never called back or followed up. Thank god we had our friends room that we could use. Not fan of flamingo hotel and i will nwver stay there again.

We like the Flamingo hotel mainly because of their courtyard design. The hotel has lots of palmtrees and wildlife habitats with giant koi fish, turtles, ducks & flamingoes of course and waterfalls also it is across from the Bellagio's singing fountains and it's also by the new Linq Promenade. We ate onsite at Carlos 'n Charlie's which was pretty good. Lots of dining options on the Linq Promenade. It is an older hotel so the inside is very basic but it felt clean. The room does not smell - which is very important for me. Bathroom was updated although my friends' rooms were missing the soap dispensers and shower curtain.. We had room 5023 which was very close to elevators and had a gorgeous view of the courtyard. The cleanliness of the room was not bad. Overall it would have been a good stay except the wifi situation was very frustrating and I received no help front desk. To me front desk is the first interaction with the hotel and needs to be elevated. We arrived at 1pm and check in is 4pm. We were told that check in early would cost $40. We didn't want to pay extra for the couple hours so we didnt do early check in. The annoying thing is the front desk was far from friendly and did not offer any other solution. They did not suggest the free luggage storage which we found out a few days too late. They also did not explain the max 2 devices for the in room-wifi. I tried to switch devices during my stay, called several times and no one was able to.help. Very frustrating!

The rest room had mold on the walls on walls the vent was dusty. The bottom area of the sink wan dirty. On the floor there was mold in the corners. Day before check out no hot water to shower. No microwave, The Air conditioner was loud and made noise all night. When checking in the two ladies were talking and when I asked them if the room was ready they said yes but i needed to pay extra 40.00 for early check in. when I paid they were talking the hole time about a party they were going to.I had to ask them for the key twice. They looked at me like I was bothering them. I have pictures to prove the above I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The area buy the flamingos was nice The casino was nice the staff in the casino were polite. I When checking out I asked a staff member what should I do with the key card he said keep it. I asked him again because I was told to turn the back in when we leave I asked him again, He repeated what he said but never looked up.
