The customer service was not the best. Our fire alarm battery beeped two nights in a row despite it being changed we requested to have the room clean and new towels. Neither was provided no hot water water.

I reserved a Two rooms suit with two beds each, I received an One bedroom small living with a sofa instead. At the check in time tom much line because only one person on the front desk. we were 5 people and only 3 towels on the bath room, I asked for more and the bring only 3 next day taking the old 3 . I tried the happy hour bar and the lady " bartender" so rude. I choose this just because the breakfast included but next time I rather a better place for the same price and take my breakfast anywhere else.

Everything was so clean and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was an added bonus.Close driving to the Las Vegas strip. Easy freeway access.

Everything was perfect, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The thing that made me put 4 stars is the breakfast. The area is not adapted to the number of people so you have to wait too long and even when they refill the food, it disappears in seconds because everyone run to it.

Breakfast was chaotic. We could not find any plates to eat, ended up eating in paper bowl. Very long wait times to get fresh omelette. There was no milk to eat cereal with. All other amenities were very good.

Vegas doesn't care if you're there or not...
Room was fine. Customer service made me feel like I was asking them to eat a shoe instead of checking in. On their phone when I was checking in... Different one also on their phone when I was trying to buy water... and the guy in the morning when I was checking out was on his phone and couldn't care less if I lived or died. I mean... most places they at least fake it that they care. When are the robots taking over? These humans suck.

Me hospedé en el embassy suites de Anaheim en Los Angeles y estaba más barato y el cuarto mucho más moderno y con más iluminación que este de Las Vegas, también tenían más equipado el baño en comparación de este. De ahí en fuera el lobby es amplio y bonito y el desayuno estuvo bien. También mi familia tuvo un inconveniente con una de las recepcionistas, ellos no hablan bien inglés y esta señora decidido ignorarlos mientras ellos le pedían que por favor los dejara pasar adentro del hotel. Tuvimos que llevarles la tarjeta que habían olvidado en la habitación porque esta señora decidió no abrirles.

I loved every morning the guys that have the homemade omelettes that was a great experience. The front desk was super helpful. Everybody brought us linens when we needed it and they also help me out with my luggage because I have bad vision.
