The properties service, amenities and staff was so terrible and disappointing. The money you paid for the property does not compensate with their service and amenities. Its not worthy to book on this property.

Dont be fooled by the pictures. The picture is of a neighboring hotel. You have access to the use of their pool. And access to their beach. But Soto is across the street. Food was not the best. Room was a nice size but the balcony fot the room was only large enough for the 2 AC units. So dont waste your money on that room. Not sure if I would return.

Don’t stay here really

Would not stay here again. Very misleading advertising, this place is in the middle of nowhere with nothing out there, you have to take a taxi to get anywhere. No pool onsite you have to go to the resort next door, no shops you have to get a taxi, room service next to nonexistent as is the wifi so forget checking email or Facebook. Average breakfast supplied and no other option unless you get a taxi. Got a free upgrade but the room had no hot water at all, after we complained and actually left and paid to stay somewhere else for 2 nights we got moved to another room with a nice view but that room had no wifi at all, the TV was faulty and so was the AC in the bedroom. The place is rundown and poorly maintained we just gave up complaining. Looks like it was built 20 odd years ago and the developers went broke, zombie apocalypse springs to mind as you walk the deserted development and rubbish covered tennis courts. Pick somewhere else to stay, unfortunately we had booked and paid for 8 nights which was non refundable but ended paying for nights elsewhere anyway

Not worth the money

Not worth the money.Their foods was so expensive.And items list on their menu are not available.I have to request for room transfer because the door wouldn’t shut by it self, you have to slam it. AC drips all the time in both rooms. No hot shower in both rooms we were in.Bathrooms are so tiny, no rooms for toiletries.They put all the towels beside the sink.🙄🙁Big lobby but not enough furnitures/couch to sit for the guest.Wifi SUCK! Have to get a pocket wifi that available at the front desk.INFAIRNESS staffs are really nice.

The location ia a little out of the way, but as a good security perimeter that mad for safe long walks in the morning by the seafront. Beaches were nicely groomed and clean. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and made it a great place to vacation. Highly recommend it to anyone staying in Cebu.

Don't go to the Soto Grande. It is closed for renovations but they don't tell you until you get there. By then they have you. It was non refundable, so they just put you in a sister hotel which is very isolated, requiring a cab to go anywhere. Orbitz will get an ear full later.

The service of staff not helpful. No room service for breakfast until after 12pm.Because they had a buffet. So they told me to go to the hotel next door to get breakfast. Or order it from them and they will do room service. I have never slept in a bed that squeaked so much the bed felt like it was about to collapse. Loose cables and exposed wiring on kettle and lamp. Dirty in lift ,foyer and corridors. Pictures looked good but the hotel didn't live up to the pictures.
