コスパ合格

ホテルは少し古いがスタッフの対応も良く道路側にも拘らずしずかでした。マーケットもすぐそばで近くの日本料理屋（日本人オーナー）の店はよかったです。コスパは良好です。

夕立がほぼ毎晩あり、棚に置いた私物が濡れていた。なぜだかわからなかったので対策できなかったが、チェックアウト前日に雨漏りのせいだと気づいた。洗面の排水溝からの下水の臭いには参った。でもホテルの前はスーパーがあり、空港まで無料の車もあり、外観からは想像できない良いホテルだった。

深夜1時に空港に着いたので、連絡していた送迎は間に合わずタクシーでホテルに。深夜1時半ごろにチェックインでしたが、スタッフさんがとてもよく安心しました。部屋は値段通りで、綺麗で完璧とはいかなくとも不自由なく過ごせています。

空港に近いホテル

フロントは3F。大きな荷物を持っていても1Fの会談の前にいる警備員さんが荷物を3Fまで運んでくれる。でも出発の時は自分で運ばないといけない。エレベーターはないので注意。フロントのスタッフも親切丁寧でgood！チェックイン時に、クレジットカード負荷の現金のみの【ディポジットとして1000ペソ】（チェックアウトの時に戻ってくる）があるので、ご注意。室内はとてもきれいで、アメニティーは歯ブラシ、シャンプー、バスジェルはついていました。テレビチャンネルもケーブルが入っているので、NHKワールドを視聴することも可能。お部屋には、無料の飲料水もあり、親切。持参した飲み物を冷やす冷蔵庫もあります。徒歩5分で24時間オープンのマクドナルドもあります。全体的に良かったです。

少し高いです。安ければ我慢できるホテル。この値段でこの施設、サービスはちょっと。

ホテルロビーが3階にある。エレベーターではない。会談で登ったので疲れた。外にあるバーが深夜までうるさい。荷物多い人、子供連れには向かないでしょう。部屋は広く汚くはない。空港も近い。そのあたりがメインの人には向いています。デパートも目の前だし。夜腹減って「飯は？」と尋ねたら、「近くのマクドナルドしかありません」と言われた。22時頃。仕方なく外に出ました。そのあたりもちょっと。これで値段が5000円くらいなら問題ないが、8000円くらい払ったので、値段とあわないです。私は次回の宿泊はやめます。私はセブへ毎月１回行っていて、１０年以上それを続けています。ですが、このホテルに次ぎ泊まることはないです。そのレベルのホテルでした。ほかが一杯だったのでこちらに泊まりました。次回はほかに。です。

スタッフが親切で感じが良かった。翌日がアイアンマンレースで道路が閉鎖されていたのでチエックアウトを1時にしてくれた。空港からはタクシーの運転手がホテルを知らなかったのか同じ道を何度も走った。

セブ空港の乗り継ぎに便利！

2度目の利用です。今回は小学生の娘と母子2人で滞在。フィリピン住まいの経験があるので、問題なく過ごせます。ただ、毎回熱いお湯が出ません。超ぬるいシャワー。空港が近く、モールも目の前で、食事や両替もでき、何かと便利な場所なので、また利用すると思います。乗り継ぎの時などに最適。

Quiet hotel

It is located on the main street, but it is a quiet hotel. Soundproofing in the room is good. I can not hope for the landscape. It's close to Slug. There is a big mall nearby. Security is also good. A free shuttle to the airport is available.

スタッフのサービスや対応、部屋の広さやベッドなどは良かったのですが、バスルームが常にかなり臭くて、ロケーションもあまり良く無く、1泊だけの滞在でしたが耐えがたかったです。。残念でした。

空港送迎ですが日本から依頼をしておいたにも関わらず、来ないので、ホテルに連絡をとるとドライバーが「急な用事ができた」とのことで、後で支払うからタクシーで来てほしいと言われた。請求しなければその代金もよこさず。　他は立地が良いことと位。部屋も何となく古い。水はフロントにHOTとCOLDの給水があり便利。朝食は時間指定すれば部屋まで持ってきてくれる。

空港送迎あり、ショッピングモールの前の便利な立地

ホテルロビーが3階で、エレベーター等無いため、大荷物はちょっとめんどくさい。私の場合は、スーツケースは一階のガードマンが運んでくれた。そういう決まりになっているのかも。部屋は広く快適。歯ブラシもあるが、フェースタオルは無かった。道路の対面のGaisano Mactan Island Mallには、数軒のレストランと、スーパーや、外貨両替があるので、大変便利。Cebu島に渡る橋には最も近いホテルかも。

立地が良く規約膝窩広くて快適

部屋も広く過ごしやすい。前がスーパーの為ちょっとした買い物や食事には困りません。日本居酒屋だるまもすぐ近くにあります。この居酒屋はメニュー価格に対し請求時税金？？が課金される為思ったより高く感じます。メニューには外税など課金される旨の記載もなく残念でした。

外は怪しげ、中は快適

最初にホテルについた時には、エラいホテルを予約してしまったと思ったのですが、多くの方が述べられているように室内はとても綺麗で、部屋も広くて快適でした。特に私の部屋からは海も見えてとても良い眺めでした。朝食は前日に3種類から選んで頼んでおくと、朝部屋まで運んでくれます。早朝に出なきゃいけない時は、サンドイッチを作ってくれました。

敷地内に飲食店など人が集まる場所が複数あり、深夜を過ぎてもギターを弾き大声で歌を歌う人たちで眠れない。ホテル自体、かなり古さを感じる。部屋にお湯が無く、ロビー付近に取りにいかないといけない。スタッフの対応は良かった。

スーパーに近い便利なホテル

スーパーなどの繁華街に近く、とても便利。階段しかないので、荷物が多い場合は力作業が必要になります。朝食は部屋に持ってきてくれるので、落ち着いて食べることができます。

多少の不満はあるが、値段を考えれば妥当なフィリピン基準でしょう。人によって評価は分かれるでしょう。

モールの目の前

初めてマクタンエリアに滞在しましたが、セブシティと違って少し危険でした。また近くにはモールがあり買い物と食事をとることができました。空港からは車で10分ぐらいで便もよかったです。ただ、ホテルにエレベーターがついてなく階段でした

ネズミが部屋で走り回るホテル

このホテルで一番高い部屋に宿泊したのですが、2日めの夜に部屋でネズミが走り回り眠れず、フロントに言ったところ、牢屋の様な部屋になら移れると言われたが、こちらでも寝れそうにないのでもとの部屋で朝まで起きていて、朝にもう一度クレエームを言って、部屋を変えてもらったが、明らかにレベルの下の部屋。返金をして欲しい。返事をお願いします。

スーパーマーケットが近くにあるので、タクシーも捕まえやすく買い物もでき便利でした。また利用したいです。

浴槽あるが、いつも3分の1位溜まるとhot→coldｼｬﾜｰの出の悪さはどこも同じで仕方ないがせっかく浴槽あるのだから……ｻｰﾋﾞｽ料金だったので利用したが、ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀも無い。

空港近くのホテル

少し中に入っているので初めてだと解りにくいかもしれないです。フロントは3階にあります。お部屋の清潔度など全く問題ありません。チェックイン時にお部屋のトイレットペーパーが切れてましたがすぐ持ってきて頂けました。道の向かい側モールもあり買い物食事にも便利です。チェックアウト時空港まで無料送迎していただけました。

事前にオーダーすればホテルの対応は完璧

部屋がとても綺麗で快適でした。ただエアコンが効くまで少し時間が掛かります。ホテルのチェックアウトが早朝４時にも関わらず、サンドイッチの朝食と空港まで送迎してくれました。

見た目は悪いが、中はスイートです

ホテルの外見は良くないが、中は大変綺麗です。空港への送迎も行ってくれてよかったです。

立地が良いです。

ガイサノモールが前にあります。近くにマッサージと日本食堂があります。２４時間営業のジョリビーは、ガイサノの１階にあります。空港まで１０分かかりません。とても便利です。
