Amazing property in excellent condition, walking distance away from Heavenly and minutes away by car from Tahoe Blvd. The rooms are modern, neat, tastefully done and ours came with a kitchenette that came in handy for our family. The staff are nice and friendly and always eager to help - 5 ⭐ in every way!

I had an adjoining room and both rooms were clean and quiet although one had a noisy heater when turned on. ATM wasn’t working and front desk staff couldn’t help me get cash out. Pool was small but heated. We had a nice stay.

We enjoyed our three-day ski trip staying at this hotel, located very close to the Heavenly CA base lifts. The staff are very friendly and helpful. At the lobby, they provide the storage for skis and valet parking. Even though no restaurant on site, we walked a block away to have dinner at a very nice German restaurant every evening. Our hotel king suite is comfy, with a spacious living space, and a small kitchen with microwave oven and a big fridge. Bathroom is nicely equipped and hot shower was great, considering such a cold weather outside. The lighting design is very thoughtful, easy to adjust. We will definitely remember this hotel and come back next time.

Great being steps from the Heavenly Tram, but DO NOT accept a room on the Heavenly side of the hotel. If it snows they start plowing the Tram Parking lot between 2-3am. You can hear the loud beeping of the reverse warning beeps comimg from the heavy equipment across the street. Makes for super, super long days when you're shredding the mountain and only getting a few hours of sleep each night. No coffee in the Lobby until 8am. No restaurant. Local Restaurants in the Village are $15-20 Uber rides away. Staff is actually super friendly, but the front desk doesn't open until 8am, so make sure you have extra coffee in your room and be sure you to get in the market for snacks and water before you turn in for the night!

Good location if skiing but make sure you get late checkout for your car if you want to ski the day you leave! Otherwise you have the same parking nightmare.

I’ve stayed here many times since 2021 and enjoyed when it was a Diamond property. They were always in the process of renovating the rooms, so sometimes you’d get a remodeled room or you’d get an older style room with the big jacuzzi thing in the middle. Any way you break it down, the best thing about this place is being able to walk to the ski slopes in like 90 seconds. The forced valet parking was tough for me at first, but I got used to it. The valets are super nice. I got some good deals here during the pandemic and it become my go-to family ski trip destination. With the HGV acquisition, you can tell that things are going to change for the worse. Already, the prices are up as well as the resort fee. To make it worth the noticeable price increase, they’d have to implement a few improvements in my mind: 1) enclose the pool/spa area and increase the size of the hot tub. How can you have such a large resort and only 4 people can fit in the hot tub? 2) get a better restaurant in there and reactivate the bar. That whole lobby area is super nice and expansive, but lacks services. I would stay there if the prices were still reasonable, but now I can find better options for less.

Newly updated and very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. The room is spacey and has everything you need. It is very close too grocery and shopping locations.

Beautiful hotel! We booked expecting a room like the ones on the site but were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel is in the process of remodeling and we got a remodeled room. The room was very large, clean and modern.
