高いレベルのスタッフサービスとファシリティ
今回は2回目の滞在で4日間STAYしました。安定したスタッフサービス、居心地のいいファシリティ でとてもよい滞在ができました。宿泊前にリクエストしていた、ホエルウオッチング、レストランの予約もばっちりでした。日本語STAFFの方も事前にメール頂いておりとても助かりました。

常宿のリッツが貸切の為、モンタージュに初めて宿泊しました。 とにかく快適。ファシリティ、スタッフとも今までの中で断トツです。 ぜひ一週間くらい滞在するのをお勧めします。

立地、客層ともにすばらしく快適でした。広いラナイから毎日サンセットを見てのんびりと過ごせます。キッチン、洗濯機も付いており、長期滞在にも最適。

総合的に大満足
客室の高級感、快適性、利便性については期待を上回る満足の行くものでした。特に良かったのが天井の高さ、家具や窓の重厚さ、広いラナイ、そしてふわふわに仕上がる洗濯機と乾燥機です。 不満点としては水圧が低いのと、premier ocean viewでありながら最上階にも関わらず夕日も朝日も拝むことができない部屋に通されたことです。 またプールは凝ったレイアウトで、加温されており、ジャグジーエリアがあり、２４時間利用でき、子供も大人も大いに楽しめました。プールサイドからの芝生と海の景色は感動的です。 近くのパブリックビーチはやや狭いが、波の高さが程よく、行く価値があります。 サービスは全体的に滞りなく、気持ちよく、期待以上の気配りもありました。 総合的に大満足でした。価格相応以上の価値を感じました。また訪問したいです。

コンドミニアム風の素晴らしいホテル
泊まったのはレセプション上のプレミアムオーシャンビュー。着いたその日のサンセットには本当に感動しました。お部屋は広々として夫婦二人には勿体ないくらいで全く問題はありません。キッチン設備も充実しているので、ハワイの高い飲食費に悩ませられる事はありませんでした。スーパーは車で５分くらいの所にありますから食材もそこで何でも手に入ります。レクレーション施設も屋外のプールやプライベートっぽいビーチが目の前に。敷地内ではいつもスタッフが目を光らせていて、備え付けのデッキチェアに近づくとすぐに飛んで来てセットアップしてくれますよ。

キッチンが着いたコンドミニアム型のホテルに泊まりたくてモンタージュに宿泊しました。着いた瞬間の景色が素晴らしい！部屋が広いのはもちろん、ラナイも広いので1日中部屋にいてもいいくらい。リゾートの最高峰です。

景色、サービスともに素晴らしい。カップルも家族もどちらもOK。ゴルフをする方にもうってつけ。最低でも4泊はしたい場所。食事は自分でキッチンで簡単に作るのでもいいし、車でラハイナ等まで出かけたり、近くのレストランでも楽しめる。

すべてが最高
スタッフはみなさんとても感じが良かったです。いつも名前で呼びかけてくれましたし、地元のお勧め情報をいろいろと教えてくれました。 ホテルでの食事（お酒も込みで）も大変満足のいくもので、サンセットタイムでのディナーはお勧めです。 朝ごはんをラナイでいただきましたが、そこで味わうマイタイなどは格別でした。 プールは使用しませんでしたが、プールサイドはとても居心地が良いように思えました。 とてもいいホテルでしたし、とにかくスタッフが全員とても素晴らしかったです。 ちなみに、日本語を話すスタッフがコンシェルジュにいるので、英語ができなくても安心だと思います。その方には、別送の荷物を預かってもらったり、地元のお薦めレストランの予約を事前にしてもらったりと、いろいろとお世話になりました。

New Favorite Hawaiian Resort
Our new favorite Hawaiian resort by far and maybe the best tropical location resort we've visited. The 2 bedroom ocean-view villa was exceptional. Gorgeous views over the pool and ocean. Beautiful decor, comfy furniture, and especially the amazing balcony with daybed, loungers and large dining table. Kitchen well stocked. We could have cooked complex meals and would have had everything we needed. Coffee was very good provided in the room with a very nice carafe style coffee maker. The resort grounds are beautiful. The pool is the most amazing pool we've ever seen. Very private with lots of hidden lagoons. Loungers around the pool were outstanding. Large with very thick cushions. Towels poolside were the only thing I found lacking, stained and small. Loved the adults only pool but no staff seemed to do anything to limit kids access so there were occasionally kids screaming through the pool. Also, I found it odd the entire top level of the pool complex isn't adults only since there is a hot tub and a little lagoon area to the right of the Serenity pool which was full of families and loud kids which made the Serenity pool not so serene. Pool service was good not great. Definitely not attentive. In room dining food and service excellent. Valet/Bell services were excellent. Very helpful, always addressing us by name. Loved the private transpiration within the Kapalua resort. Very convenient for dining and the occasional run up to the general store.

Great location, but service is not like a 5star, they charged me a spa massage which I didn’t have, luckily when I double check my email bill found out, remember to double your invoice after check out.

We planned this trip as a honeymoon destination. It was amazing from start to finish. The ocean view was spectacular. We even saw a few whales easily from the property. The staff was amazing. Overall, one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Will happily come back in the future!

Amazing resort with fantastic rooms, pool and easy access to calm beach with great snorkeling. Service was great throughout with attention to children especially. As expected, food and drinks were pricey but there were several other options in the surrounding area.
