Welcome to “Villa de l’Eouve”, a friendly home ideal for enjoying a unique and relaxing holiday with family or friends, and discovering the region through a wide variety of outings all year round.

Located in La Motte, in the heart of Provence and 25 minutes from the sea, the villa offers: swimming pool, terrace, ping-pong area, pétanque court, relaxation areas, fish ponds, a spacious interior, and a large private parking area. Nearby attractions include Saint-Tropez, the Estérel mountains, Sillans-la-Cascade, Sainte-Croix Lake, Verdon Gorge, Cannes, Monaco, Fayence, and more.

Swimming Pool:
A beautiful pool with integrated steps for easy access and a friendly design.

Terrace, Porches, and Relaxation Area:
The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, a large terrace with two outdoor porches—one arranged as a shaded relaxation area, perfect for unwinding, and the other adjacent to the kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy meals. This porch includes two tables, including a large outdoor table for 8 people. The terrace also has an outdoor shower.

Ping-Pong Area:
A table tennis area with a concrete ping-pong table, with night-time lighting. A synthetic grass relaxation area is available. Rackets and balls are provided.

Pétanque Area:
A 4 m x 15 m pétanque court with night-time lighting. Boules and cochonnet (small target ball) are provided.

Entrance Courtyard – Garden – Parking:
A welcoming entrance courtyard with a shaded relaxation area, private parking for 4 vehicles, three fish ponds, and a fountain.

4 bedrooms with double beds (2 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs)

1 fully equipped kitchen with a central dining table

2 bathrooms on the ground floor: one with Italian shower, the other in bedroom 4 with toilet

1 large living room with a big dining table and a cozy area with double sofa bed, armchairs, and TV

1 entrance hall

3 toilets/WCs: one independent on the ground floor, one upstairs in the bathroom, and one in bedroom 4 on the ground floor

1 shower room upstairs (with WC)

1 garage with washing machine and darts game area
