評価が難しいホテル
このホテルの評価はとても難しいです。気に入らない人は全く不満でありしかし良いと思う人もいると思います。 感じた良い点と悪い点をまとめます。 良い点 ☆立地が便利な場所 ☆映画で見るような風景 ☆どこに行くにも歩いて３０分 ☆スタッフの英語が綺麗な発音 ☆朝食付（味は好みがあるので評価できません） 悪い点 ・Wifiが不安定（使えるだけ良いという話もあるが繋がらない事もあり繋がっても極端に遅い時がある。部屋の場所で状況が変わる） ・部屋の清掃、タオルの交換は頼まなければやってくれない ・隣の部屋、向かいの部屋の音が聞こえるので耳栓は必要 ・エアコンがない シナゴーク付近にあるのでどこにでも歩いていけます。ヴァヴェル城まで１５分。シナゴークのメイン広場まで１０分。クラクフ本駅まで４５分。旧ゲッットーエリアまで３０分。中央広場まで３０分 滞在している人の騒音によって非常に快適度が変わります。いびきがうるさく起きた。子供の泣き声で起きた。隣のどんちゃん騒ぎで起きたなどが続きました。耳栓を使って解決しましたけど持っていなかったら睡眠不足になっていたと思います。 ホテルは７時から２２時までしか開いていないのでそれ以前、それ以降の出入りの為に鍵が渡されます。また、７時から朝食となっていますが７時ぴったりにははじまらず、一番遅くて７時１５分。早くて７時５分と幅があります。

Alles ist in Ordnung. Lage in der Nähe von Wawel, Smok und der Altstadt. In der Nähe gibt es einen 24-Stunden-Shop und Restaurants. Code-Eingabe. Eine gute Lösung. Zu den Nachteilen zählen falsche Angaben zur Zimmernummer per SMS, die ich erst spät am Abend erfragen musste, und kaltes Wasser. Ansonsten war alles ok, bis auf den frühen Check-out um 10 Uhr.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very unique, traditional and the staff were absolutely lovely. Allowed me to check in early, which was tremendously helpful. Loved the breakfast and thought the price was very competitive. It is a little difficult to find and not the closest to the town centre but the public transport is very good and I needed to be closer to the Podgorze region, for my planned trips, so this was ideal. Would definitely go again and they are also in the process of refurbishment, improving on the already good facilities.

Wonderful Stay in Krakow!
The Residence Tournet is a charming hotel located in the centre of Krakow. Just a five minute walk from the old Jewish district of Kazimierz and a ten minute walk from the beautiful old town. The hotel was clean and warm and very safe. The surrounding area is really charming with plenty of public transport options, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and it was very quiet and peaceful during the evening. The rooms were basic but wonderful for the price with everything you could need to make the most out of your time in Krakow. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and very delicious and the staff were exceptional and could not do enough for me. They were kind and helpful and made me feel very welcome. If ever I return to Krakow, I would love to stay here again to further explore this fascinating city. Thank you for a wonderful stay Residence Tournet!

Nice comfortable hotel
Nice comfortable room on the top floor. Small single bed, but as it was just me it was fine. Very convenient to the Old Town, but it was quite noisy at night even with the windows closed.

Superbra läge med barer och restauranger runt hörnet, ta med öronproppar. Rymliga rum. Sängarna bedrövliga och borde bytts ut för längesedan!

Very central hotel to everything. Breakfast wasn’t for us , would have liked fruit and yoghurt included. You can order a take out breakfast which was ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Room was a good size.

Love the Residence Tournet, Monica (receptionist) was so friendly and helpful, every staffs was so polite and helpful.... My room was brilliant, spacious and clean. The area have everything, little supermarket, places to eat or take away, public transport about 5 minutes walking distance, 15/20 minutes walking distance to Main Square Cant wait to go back....

The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. I arrived close to midnight, but clear check-in instructions were sent in a timely manner, so I had no problems at all. Very reasonable prices, definitely recommend this place

Tournet is nicely situated with a brief walk to old town. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfasts are large and good quality, the garden is attractive, and service is friendly. English is spoken.

Prisvärt hotell med bra läge
Bra läge i Krakows judiska kvarter på bekvämt promenadavstånd från Wawelborgen och Gamla stan. Trapphuset gav ett dystert intryck, inte hotellikt. Ingen luftkonditionering. Mycket buller från kroglivet på gatan under kväll och nätter, men med öronproppar gick det att stänga oväsendet ute. Personalen var mycket trevlig och vänlig. Trevligt att sitta ute på bakgården och äta frukost. Prisvärt.

The room was clean and tidy and lively and warn when were arrived. Loved the fact there was a cafe attached to the hotel. The only downside was the winding stairs to the room as we were st the back of the hotel. Would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Krakow as close to amenities and fairly near the castle and main square.

Highly recommended. Good hotel. Kind people.
I like friendly and professional staffs in the hotel. Besides, it is easy for people to go to many places just by feet. Hope I could visit Kraków and stay in the hotel, again.
