Thanks to that, you can get everywhere really fast on foot or using public transportation, so no attraction is inaccessible. They are prepared every day fresh by our hotel restaurant staff in a form of a bountiful buffet. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and your comments are most certainly taken into consideration as we work to constantly improve our very high standards, therefore we are sincerely sorry that we did not meet some of your expectations.As per the heating system, please be informed that we are currently in a transitional period, as due to changes in the temperatures some of the guests require air conditioning to cool the room, and some prefer heating. The system turns on automatically if the temperature outside drops to a certain level, and it is not possible to change it. This information was provided to you by our reception, and as the temperature outside was not low enough for the system to start, we have offered extra blankets. Please note that our reception tried to do their best and have even contacted the maintenance department, but at that moment there was nothing else we could have done, as it was late in the evening. Unfortunately, you checked out the next morning and even though the maintenance department was ready to work with some extra source of heating in your room, we didn't have a chance to offer this service to you.We are highly surprised by your comment about the room being not clean. Can we ask for more details, please? All of our rooms are cleaned daily by our wonderful housekeeping team, and thousands of reviews online will confirm that. Your room was cleaned and checked before your arrival, and your stay was for one night so there was no cleaning on the next day. That is why it is difficult for us to believe that the room was not clean. We would highly appreciate more information from you regarding this matter.Two twin beds connected together to make a double is a standard practice in hotels. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with it. As your stay with us was so short, and we could not have changed your beds the next day, we can only promise to prepare an extra mattress for you, shall we have a pleasure to host you with us again.Nevertheless, we would like to thank you for staying with us and we hope that we will have a chance to see you again. Unfortunately, the problems with the tv have resulted from bad weather conditions, which had disrupted our antennas. And as per the parking place that we cooperate with, please note that by being located in a XIX century tenement house, we were not able to fit parking in our building, that is why we cooperate with the parking lot around the corner.
