Diciamo che la classificazione 5* sembra più autoassegnata che altro. Il complesso Maris Suites è la parte più bassa e vicino al mare del comprensorio Kipriotis, collegato tramite scale e una strada ad un altro hotel (panorama), di livello superiore. Le stanze non sono nella struttura, ma fanno parte di edifici che circondano il ristorante e la piscina (con un buon numero di lettini). Le camere sono molto datate, i servizi igienici di livello super base (doccia 70x70 con tenda, anche quella anni '70) in un bagno da quasi 10 mq. Pulizia camere ogni 2 giorni. Sembra siano a corto di personale: gli stessi camerieri -sempre molto gentili- facevano tutti e 3 i turni. Ristorante solo a buffet nel pacchetto all inclusive, qualità nella media, ma con una grande varietà di scelta. I cocktail sono confezionati come per esempio la Pina colada, birra decente, animazione serale un po' sottotono. Comodissimo il parcheggio e il noleggio macchine, moto, bici, quad a 50 mt dall'ingresso dell'hotel. Comodi anche i trasporti che arrivano diretti con autobus, navette e taxi direttamente all'imbocco. Nel complesso, non male, anche rapportato al prezzo, ma si percepisce che manca qualcosa.

Value for money stay
It ticked all the boxes for what we were wanted. The staff were great, we had a shower issue but that was fixed straight away. Very good selection of food on the buffet. A lot of extras in the room like kettle were not there because of cv but they were good on trying to keep everyone safe. Gloves and sanitizer before you go to the buffet and Greece, like UK , you must wear a mask inside.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Standardhotel. Zimmergrösse war gut. Leider kein täglicher Zimmerservice( 3-Tägig). Bei der Hotelklassifizierung haben wir eine bessere Küchenleistung erwartet. Das Abendessen war einfach schlecht. Wir sind deshalb immer außerhalb des Hotels essen gewesen.

We actually couldn’t stay. When we booked on hotels it was suppose to be in Datça turkey, and in the last moment it showed that the hotel was in Greece and we don’t have a visa since we are tourists. I’ve spend my money over nothing. I had to book in another place and the hotel refuse to give back my money and hotels.com didn’t bother to do the effort to work on marking up their mistake.

I would avoid and go elsewhere
Some of the staffs attitudes need adjusting look down on you if British for some reason. Same with ordering taxis over hour wait. The transfer that the hotel sells as part of the package is a local taxi firm, they mistook our flight home for the wrong date, then when the car finally turned up they had put us down as a family of two not four. The taxi driver somehow made our cases fit but was a bit ticked off as you can imagine. Air con in the room was about as useful as a chocolate fireplace, it was better to have it on than off but I think it needs a service. Ants are a real problem and for a £1000 per head I do not think I should have to be putting towels under the front door to stop them getting in and to settle my child. Food is okay I guess could not really complain, you will not go hungry. The rooms you book are sometimes up steep hills my Dad has copd so not the best location given his lung disease. There is a hotel shuttle service. So no major issue I just wish I had been notified. Entertainment is patchy, even if there is no entertainment put some background music on or it’s awkward. You can walk to the other hotels linked with Maris suites, one is kid Oriented so good for my little one and the other (Roof top bar) kids are allowed but it’s more for adults and although pricey a good environment, apart from some of the staff seem annoyed to be working there or a Bit snotty. Overall we enjoyed our holiday, it’s what you make of it.

NOT a 5 star hotel, very disappointing
I booked a 5 star hotel to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay for my parents, my husband and myself.The hotel website promises superior and junior suits situated around the pool with all the comfort that you would expect for a 5 star accommodation. when we arrived we were put up in a room up a really steep hill. I explained that my father had a heart operation and my mum is anemic and both suffering from breathlessness and are not able to walk up that steep hill on a regular basis. I was told that the hotel is fully booked and they can't offer us any other rooms. Talking to the manager he tried to convince me that the rooms up the hill do belong to the Kipriotis Maris Suits despite the fact that their website shows clearly 186 rooms around the pool on level ground and NOT up a hill. The suits were spacious but very basic [what I would expect of a 3 star hotel]. The sprinkler was so close to our balcony so we had every evening our own little pool on our balcony. Drying bathing costumes and towels was impossible. It was a hit and miss whether we got fresh towels or top up of coffee or shower gels, even after asking for it. The fridges and TVs in both our rooms needed fixing as they didn't work. The sun lounges at the beach were supposed to be included, but not always available The beach bar offered only cola, fanta, sprite and water. The food was ok. Repetitive and a little disappointing as we were looking forward to mediterranean cuisine which was rarely available.

super hotel!
Aangezien we waren overgeboekt naar het Panoramahotel,kan ik geen beoordeling geven over Maris Suites. Panoramahotel was voor ons de tweede keer en wederom zeer goed bevallen! Zeer ruime kamers, elke dag kwamen de kamermeisjes de bedden opmaken en schone handdoeken brengen. Het eten was ook zeer overdadig en goed bevallen. In de bars zowel binnen als buiten zijn ze niet flauw met alcohol schenken... ;-) Enige minpunt was dat je kon merken dat wij in de periode eind oktober de laatste gasten waren, doordat Aqualand gesloten was, de manege zag er erg verwaarloosd uit! Het zag eruit alsof er sinds wij in 2014 waren, geen paarden en/of pony's meer waren.

Ottima struttura a 4 Km da Kos centro e sul mare
La struttura è molto bella, a due passi dalla spiaggia e la formula all inclusive è ben fatta. Segnalo l'ottima disponibilità del personale dell'albergo sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Cucina internazionale - buffet molto vario.

Tutto perfetto. A due passi dalla spiaggia.
Tutto molto bello. Il sevizio impeccabile ed è massima la disponibilità di tutto il personale. La spiaggia non è fra le più belle dell'isola ma Kos và visitata. Non ci sono molti italiani ma è frequentato per la maggior parte da clienti Danesi, Svedesi, Tedeschi...etc..etc...

Vi fik værelse kl. 04 da vi ankom, trods et reelt check-in tidspunkt kl. 14. Meget værdsat. Alt omkring hotellet overraskede positivt. Flere pools at vælge imellem på hele hotelkomplekset med masser af plads til alle. Super fitness center og lokalområde til løbe- og cykelture. Busstoppested lige udenfor døren med 5 min bustransport til Kos by. Vi havde valgt "all inclusive" som ikke skuffede, meget stor buffet som varierede mad incl med temaer hver aften som udover græske retter også omfattede Soushi og italiensk menu. Skulle først afrejse sent aften, men fik tilbudt gratis "shower room", som kunne benyttes hele dagen, så vi kunne nyde dagen trods check ud kl. 12.00.

KEIN 4 Sterne Hotel - Achtung nicht buchen !!!!!!!
Also wo fangen wir an.... unsere Flitterwochen waren keine ! Shuttle service hat uns nicht abgeholt obwohl wir Hotel einen Tag vor anreise nochmal daran erinnert haben. Putzfrauen klopfen jeden morgen um 6 Uhr an , obwohl man auffordert nicht zu kommen/ und trotz "nicht stören" Schild. . Essen ist könnten tote Katzen sein. 4 Sterne????????? wo den? Satt Mineralwasser gab es frisch aus dem Hahn Leitungswasser, auch schön gekühlt mit nur einem Eiswürfel bei über 35 grad! Essen gab es jeden Tag zu verschieden Uhrzeiten, wenn man Pech hatte gab es gar nichts mehr, und 14 tage nur das gleiche essen. Pizza wurde tage vorher gebacken und nur aufgewärmt. Wer hier auf Griechische Spezialitäten hofft kann vergebe drauf warten, hier gibt es Würstchen aus dem glas. Kaffe unter aller sau. Putzfrauen haben alles was nicht versteckt war weg geschmießen: Schuhe, Kontaktlinsenbehälter, Deo`s....... Superior Zimmer entsprach einem 2 Sterne Zimmer....... DIESES Hotel hatte GAR nichts mit einem 4 Sterne hotel zu tun. Bitte BUCHT dieses Hotel NICHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice, comfortable, friendly hotel
Our room very close to the pool & restaurant,facing the gardens/road. There was a hotel next door which was loud on entertainment nights,but quietened down at 11. There are only 2 blocks this close. I booked 3 rooms,the rest of my family (adults) were about 5/10 mins away from the main hotel,up a fairly steep hill,they had a balcony but it was unusable,due to a big tree being in front & too many bugs. The hotel did offer a lift to the room upon request. The staff were the most efficient and friendliest I have experienced. The all inclusive proved very worthwhile,with drinks and ice cream (a few other snacks) available all day from 1000 to 2359,a variety of lovely cocktails,beer,wine,spirits & soft drinks. There a 3 other partner hotels directly next to/above this hotel,you can visit any of them, but the all incl drinks package cannot be used. We visited the red sky bar at the panorama suites,the service was very slow & drinks were expensive,I guess you paid for the view,we much preferred the Maris suites bar,even if it weren't all incl. The beech is pebbly (as are all beaches on this part of the island) it is just across the road,the pods are free & refreshments are available free to all incl guests. On the last day we checked out at 1200 but the all incl and use of the facilities were available until we left at 2130. I loved my entire experience & it was very worth the money,but would say that it is more of a top end 4* than the whole 5* experience.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel in Strandnähe
Das Hotel mit seiner guten Küche, der hervorragenden Lage und seiner Erholungsgarantie kann man einfach nur empfehlen. Hier treffen sich Urlauber aus vielen Ländern und allen Altersschichten zu denen man an der Poolbar schnell Kontakt geknüpft hat.

Non è male
Ci siamo andati ad Agosto , la struttura è bella e non era troppo affollata. La spiaggia non ha la sabbia, ma solo ciottoli e il mare non è sempre bello.Gli ombrelloni sono gratis solo per gli ospiti del maris e del Panorama. Il cibo non era male, ma era soprattutto internazionale. Non fanno praticamente mai il pesce. Il giudizio complessivo e comunque positivo.
