Tori G, and Tori from the overnight shift, we're absolutely wonderful! I had a late check-out for noon that Tori, from the night shift, arranged for me; she was so nice. After check-out, I still needed extra time, due to transportation, and I work remotely. I asked Tori G if it was possible that I wait in the lobby area for my transportation and allow me to continue using their Wi-Fi connection to work, with no hesitation, she said "absolutely, make yourself comfortable!" These two ladies went above and beyond for me, with such kindness, they have no idea how much this has meant to me. Life has been very hectic lately and not easy, and I can't thank them enough for being so accommodating and understanding. I will definitely be a repeat guest and refer friends and family to your hotel.

I'm sorry you experienced poor water pressure. I can address this with ownership. I don't have any additional information regarding room condition. Our rooms were renovated just las January.

Hmmm, mixed emotions
While our room was very clean and tidy, the bed comfortable and several other pluses, the outlet in the bathroom sink area was defective and would not hold my curling iron and straightener cords...etc. I had to utilize the outlet across the room, which, because we had an early morning meeting, just added additional time and stress to our getting ready. When I told the manager at checkout, he just didn't seem to take note or really be interested...very nice, but, I seriously doubt that anything was fixed. Also, we found the big on-top-of-the-counter sink to unnecessarily take up way too much of an already small sink/counter area. There was very minimal room left to put small toiletry bag etc. We'll probably stay elsewhere next time.

Pleasant stay.
Pretty good stay. Chair in the roo. is pretty worn and looks bad in the otherwise nice room. Bathroom floor needed a little bit more attention in the corners. Loved the shampoo and body wash. It was a nice stay.

The price was a bit high for what the hotel offered, in my opinion. We also had a handicap accessible room, but the shower pressure I wouldn't wish on anyone. The staff was never actually at the desk either. We always had to ring a bell and wait. Otherwise, not a bad little hotel overall.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. Our desk staff is also responsible for doing the hotel laundry, so they may have been attending to it. It could also be that one of the managers was simply in their office while covering desk. I will certainly address the water issue with ownership.

For the most part the place was perfect it was clean beds were comfortable showers kinda sucked and i had trouble with the waffle maker and the customer service lady was short and snippy at me about it she was kinda rude really everything else was great i think it was nice place those were my only 2 issues

Musty smell
The room was very musty! The smell never left. Every time we came in, whether we turned the air on or not, it still smelled musty! We did not know what to do.

It was just ok. I don’t think it’s worth what I paid… but overall it was just ok. The bed was comfy though so that’s good. The breakfast was just ok… not many options.

This is just a flipped hotel. The gave us a handicap room that smelled very musty. The shower had hair in it from the previous person. We won’t be back here again.

Hotel was nicely remodeled but breakfast was not very good. Eggs were cold, gravy had no flavor, & sausage tasted like it was reheated from previous day. Beds were comfy and it was relatively quiet, even though there was a couple youth baseball teams there.

Decent, would probably stay again next year
The hotel was good. Room size was very nice. The only complaint I have, there was no grip in the bathtub and one of us slipped/fell while taking a shower. Luckily not seriously hurt and had to use one of the towels in the tub for grip. Gym was decent and the hotel was conveniently located.

This hotel appears to be relatively new. That probably explains why it appears to be really clean. The stay was fine -- we arrived late and left early -- only needing a place to shower and sleep after a long day of youth sports. The hotel is pretty overpriced for what it acually is. With taxes and fees were were around $177. We were there for < 10 hours. I think it's literally a crime how even 2 and 3 star hotels are overcharging customers post COVID. We travel a lot for youth sports. 3 years ago this room would have been $85. Hotels are doubling prices and cutting services. Not sure how they are able to get away with it. Sometimes when you give people to be at their worst -- they won't disappoint.

The hotel was great the only thing i would change is the breakfast. The egg and sausage was nasty especially how it was sitting in water

Overall property was nice and clean. Just one night stay. The only item i did not like was the mandatory $50-100 added refundable deposit. This was explained that it's due to "locals" who stay, tear up the place and check out. Breakfast was fine with many choices. Much better than the place next to it where our original reservation was to be. The place appeared abandoned and falling apart.
