The property was very clean and area was convenient. But I was disappointed that checking was at 3pm got there at 5 and my room was not ready. And there was no apology or discount given for inconvenience

Every staff member i met was friendly and welcoming. Easy check-in and room was updated and clean. Short but enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I came for 1 night of relaxation after a long but enjoyable day of celebration at our wedding ceremony and reception. Although we checked in late the front staff were very friendly and accommodating. Once settled we were able to take a walk and the property was beautiful ,clean and very well kept. We enjoyed our 1 night and the inclusive breakfast. Hope to be back for a longer stay.

The Pegasus is an excellent hotel for Kingston vacation or business trip. The food is excellent, however there needs to be a little more variety in the food menu. Staff is professional and easy to talk to.

The stay at this hotel was awesome. I ended up booking this hotel after another Kingston hotel canceled on me one week prior to travel. It was due to the earthquake that occurred in the area of Kingston. In a way, it was a blessing in disguise. I traveled with family members, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff from the front desk to The Blue Window Restaurant were great and really accommodating. The restaurant staff tried their endeavor best to accommodate my dietary restrictions (gluten & dairy free). Will definitely book this hotel again should I want/need to come back to Kingston.
