All ima say is they had big ass roaches. It was cheap though and they got smoking rooms but yea roaches.

I went in there to get the room i paid for but that room was getting repairs so they gave me another room which was omg so bad a bed that looked old very squeaky u could see it was a spring bed there was noises coming from refergeraitor but when that thing turned on it would wake me up every time thats how load it was the only good thing was the young guy that help me when i first got there the receptionist i would not go there again sorry

Our stay at the Woodbridge.
The check in process was very simple. The room was in good condition except The bathroom Curtain rod was not properly secure and there was a bottle of floor cleaner in the living room.

There was a smell when we got in the room. There was a jacket left on the bathroom door by a previous guest and the keys from the previous guest was also still in the room. If you get the room for the kitchen be aware there are no dishes. You have to rent them separately. But the lady that checked us in was super helpful and sweet!

Staff put another guest in our room - didnt check ID. screwed up our reservation- supposed to be 3 nights, they only charged us for 2 then knocked on the door asking if we wanted to extend. Ended up paying WAY more than we planned due to their issues. Our room was right next to laundry; door slammed every 5 seconds and shook the whole room. Someone's jeep was broken into (2 windows smashed) right beside our car. No 24hr front desk. No coffee maker in room. Saw a roach. Complete nightmare.

It was not funny when somebody turned her car radio to high volume in the parking lot next to our room, specially at 0700 on a Sunday morning. The hotel should have a better security to avoid instances like this.

Don’t brother
Let me start by saying my first room was dirty. Since I had a late checkin the maintenance man or overnight clerk checked me in, so I waited until the next day to get another room. Doing that night the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud I could barely sleep. The next day Iwhen I went to change my room I went to two different rooms until I finally found a cleaned room. This being said the information that the front desk had for cleaned rooms were wrong. She undoubtedly blamed someone else that worked there. Now this is supposed to be a extended stay. There are no blackout curtains, so as soon as the sun comes up you are up. The beds don’t fit the headboard that is on the wall and neither does the mattress. This place definitely needs new management.

The staff was accommodating when we checked in late. The elevator was dirty with drink spilled on floor. The halls smelled of marijuana each day we were there. There was a roach in our room. We would never stay there again.

At check-in at 3pm, I was informed my room was not ready. I had to wait until 4:30pm to get into my room. 2 rooms near me, the guests were loud, had a lot of traffic, filled the hallway with the smell of marijuana and went in and out there rooms the entire night slamming doors. I called the front desk around 9:50pm to complain and was asked to call at 10pm when the night shift came on. I called back later that night several times and no one answered. Then that evening one of the lights went out in my room. The attendant came to my room and check the breaker box but couldn't get the light to work. She then moved me to another room. Once i got in that room, the same light was out. It was a horrible stay I will never go back.

Totally a bad experience. Checked in with bad attitude staff. Room was filthy. Left to go eat dinner and when returned my card wouldn't open my door. Upon going to the desk i was told they accidentally gave another customer the same room and he actually went into our room! Later around midnight he was knocking on my door to explain why he had a card to my room. Nothing was taken thank goodness but what a joke!

The staff leave after 10pm and don’t come back until 10am and there is no security so the guest were blasting music at all hours and smoking in places they were not allowed to. The room was dirty. I had to move rooms because my nonsmoking room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The carpets were nasty and old. The bed was cheap and rusted. The bathroom was worn and had mildew all over it. The fridge had rust stains all over it.

The staff at the desk was great Ms Tina & Beth were helpful /great. Room needed maintenance, paint, door lock did not close unless the handle was depressed, had to use the key to be able to leave the room or the door would not lock, secondary safety device had been forcibly removed and door showed wood damage, bathroom comode was clogged when we checked in and would not flush . Window did not latch fortunately they had added a track lock but the window could be opened from the outside (2-3 inches)

Disappointing, Did not get a good nights sleep.
Arrived at hotel after front desk had closed. Paper on wall had phone number that did not go to front desk. Called the number on reservation and it went to voice mail. Stood waiting and luckily someone came to check me in. Kitchenette had no utensils, plates, cups, pots or pans. Bed was a bare metal frame with no duvet, no comforter, only a fitted sheet and a thin sheet. TV remote would not change channels easily, volume on TV was either too low to be heard over the air condition, or too loud when the air conditioner was not on. Saw another guest request towels after 10pm. 15 minutes after the desk had closed. Employee told them they would have to go to Walmart to get towels. Energy efficient light switches turned lights off every 20-30 minutes. Had lights turn off while in the shower, and while watching TV. Was unable to find a way to keep them on. Interior hallways had dirty paint in some spots, a button on the elevator was taped over, and had wires sticking out. Woke up every 30-45 minutes uncomfortable due to lack of covers and stiff bed. Had back and arm pain the entire next day. Did not get a good nights sleep.

Go elsewhere!
Service was horrible. The front desk is not physically available and you need to call from a phone in the front entrance. The beds are like wire cots, the tvs are old and didnt work in the first room. Additionally, they didnt have towels available in the morning.

Very old, dirty property with NOTHING! No towels available! Very run down property that needs repairs. Only nice thing was the staff and that it’s pet friendly (of course they want $50 for the pet!!)
