Arrived at hotel after front desk had closed. Paper on wall had phone number that did not go to front desk. Called the number on reservation and it went to voice mail. Stood waiting and luckily someone came to check me in.
Kitchenette had no utensils, plates, cups, pots or pans. Bed was a bare metal frame with no duvet, no comforter, only a fitted sheet and a thin sheet.
TV remote would not change channels easily, volume on TV was either too low to be heard over the air condition, or too loud when the air conditioner was not on.
Saw another guest request towels after 10pm. 15 minutes after the desk had closed. Employee told them they would have to go to Walmart to get towels.
Energy efficient light switches turned lights off every 20-30 minutes. Had lights turn off while in the shower, and while watching TV. Was unable to find a way to keep them on.
Interior hallways had dirty paint in some spots, a button on the elevator was taped over, and had wires sticking out.
Woke up every 30-45 minutes uncomfortable due to lack of covers and stiff bed. Had back and arm pain the entire next day. Did not get a good nights sleep.
