10泊しました。ホテルの人がみな親切で、快適に過ごすことができました。ジムで体を動かし、プールサイドで音楽を聴きながら、ゆっくりとした時間を送りました。タイは、初めてでしたが、交通の便がよく、その割には静かな場所で、噂のソイカウボーイにも、ナナプラザにも歩いて行けました。ターミナル21というフードコートで有名なデパートも近いです。また、極めて大きな公園まで徒歩圏内にあります。総合的にみて、十分おすすめできるホテルです。ジムのマシーンをそろそろ入れ替えていただけると、さらに魅力が増すと思います。朝食も美味しいです。ありがとうございました。

日本人客が見当たらなかった。欧米人が多かった。スタッフ一同とても訓練されていた。9,10階にとまった人は、床にカーペットが引かれていなかった。いわゆるコーヒーショップがなく、簡単な食事は外食になった。朝食ブッフェは充実していた。（BTH475）

ホテル自体はきれいではあるが、古いのは否めない。日本のビジネスホテルのような設備の快適さはない。ゆっくり休むだけと言う人であれば、良いかと思う。

早朝に荷物を預かってもらうだけでもと訪れましたが10時にはチェックインをさせてもらいそれまでの時間は朝食チケットで食事まで摂らせてもらいました。駅の近くまではトゥクトゥクで送ってもらう事も出来て親切な施設です。

少し古さを感じることもあったが、おおむね良いホテル。ここに限らず、最近はコンセントが100V、200Vともにマルチアウトセットなので便利。部屋に瓶詰の水（500ml）が1人につき2本、2人で2泊なので計8本いただけました。

施設は古い、大通りから離れている。でもそのかわり車の音がうるさくない。モーニングはざ、大きなホテルの朝食でいろんな選択肢がある、目玉焼きから麺まで調理してくれるのはうれしい。空調もすごくよくきく、水も瓶入りで部屋に提供。確実なホテル、スタッフも丁寧。

【部屋】私と妻と6年生の娘の3人でファミリールームに泊まりました。ダブルベッドと二段ベッドのトリプルルームでした。部屋は十分な広さがありました。二段ベッドは上で寝ると少し揺れます。エアコンがすぐに効いて、外から帰って来ても快適で良かったです。バスルームも清潔でした。特に独立したシャワールームの使い勝手が良かったです。各種アメニティはありましたが歯ブラシ、髭剃りは無かったです。【立地】アソーク駅から徒歩で7～8分です。安全な道で十分に歩ける距離でした。周辺にはセブンイレブン、コーヒーショップ、マッサージ店、色々なレストランがあります。スワンナプーム空港から、混んでいなければタクシーで30～40分ぐらいです。周辺は静かで、ぐっすりと眠れました。アソーク駅にはターミナル21があり、そこのフードコートが激安で美味しかったです。【サービス】スタッフが笑顔でホスピタリティが高く、気持ちよく過ごせました。チェックインカウンターに日本語が話せる女性スタッフがいます。とても親切な方です。娘が部屋のグラスを割ってしまい、フロントに電話をしたところ、すぐに来てくれて、嫌な顔をせず片付けと掃除機をしてくれました。ルームクリーニング、ベッドメイクも問題ありませんでした。【その他】・朝食はシンプルで品数はそこまで多くないですが、5日間飽きずに食べられました。ヌードル系、卵系をオーダーで作ってくれるサービスがあります。妻と娘はスイカなどのフルーツがお気に入りで毎日食べていました。私はお粥が美味しかったです。朝食会場はとても広くて綺麗です。・宿泊客は欧米の方、アラブ系の方が多かったです。上品な雰囲気の方が多く、落ち着いて過ごせました。・1度タクシーをフロントに呼んでもらいましたが、普通に乗るよりもそこそこ割高です。BoltやGrabで配車する方が安いです。また、大通りに出るとタクシーはそこらじゅうに走っています。全体的に非常に満足でした。家族で行くならおすすめです。

夏休みに家族旅行をしたのを思い出すような、そんなホテルです。家族連れが多い。朝のバッフェも美味しく、エスニックな麺を日替わりで食べました。施設は確かに少し古いかもしれませんが、清潔だし問題なし。近くにタイのカフェがいくつかあり、重宝しました。そんなに歩かず、ランチやお茶ができるのはありがたかったです。コスパ良い宿だと思います。

受付やスタッフは概ね親切。ホテル、部屋も広くて素晴らしい。食堂も広い。初日だけ気づいたらテーブルの上に害虫の幼虫が乗っていたが、飲食物扱うところなのである程度は仕方ない。少なくともその他で見かけることはなかった。最大の不満が掃除スタッフ。トイレのティッシュが折りたたまれているのに蓋の上には髪の毛が数本おちている。そして便器は間違いなく掃除していない。バスタブの中にも髪の毛が残っている。バスマットも回収はされていたが新しいものが置かれていない。二日目はそんなこともなかったが、2泊のうち1日でもそんなこと経験すれば十分悪印象。

Close to Asok which is very convenient to take metro and BTS. It is an old hotel so don't expect facilities as fancy as like other modern hotels. But still clean and good service that you can enjoy.

駅に近く便利です。周りにはレストランやマッサージのお店などがありました。誕生日には、部屋に戻るとケーキのサプライズがあって、驚きました。雰囲気も良く、また滞在したいと思いました。

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス

全体的に古い造りではありましたが、シングルユースだったこともあり部屋の広さは十分、また室内は常に清潔で快適でした。朝食は早い時間から稼働しており、早朝の出発時でも美味しく楽しめました。フロントやポーターのサービスは洗練されており、荷物の預りや受け渡し、送迎手配や誘導など、言葉の壁を超えて的確に対応頂きました。惜しいのは立地です。スクンビット通りから入る道が狭く、混雑時はホテルを目の前にして動かなくなったり、また夜は少し薄暗く歩きにくいかな。
