Dear Sir,Thank you for your comment and we are sorry that you did not appreciate the old-fashioned charm of our establishment. The bathrooms are indeed covered with real marble stones, but it is true that this is no longer in fashion.Sadly, we have lost the giant sequoia tree, at least 250 years old, which used to adorn the back garden. It's a sad loss for us, as it's one of the victims of climate change.Rest assured, as far as accessibility is concerned, the hotel will close its doors on 1 October 2024 for a complete renovation program that will include lifts, as well as a new decoration in keeping with the spirit of this venerable house.We would be delighted to welcome you from May 2026, for a new experience and why not a relaxation session in our future troglodytic SPA.Best regards
