Urban Living in Charming Small Town

Welcome to the newly renovated Loft at 1 West. The Loft is in the heart of downtown Cicero, walking distance to 10 West and several other great restaurants, seconds from Morse Lake, 20 minutes from Ruoff Music Center & 20 minutes from Grand Park Sports Campus.

The Loft is a charming one bedroom apartment with large windows offering mesmerizing views of Cicero. The oversized bedroom has 2 queen beds and there is also a daybed/trundle bed in the living room if needed. You'll enjoy the great kitchen if you're in the mood to cook...or there's plenty of great restaurants within walking distance if you're not. IMPORTANT NOTES: This is a 2nd floor apartment and it is only accessible via stairs. The Loft does not have any recording devices on the property, but a neighboring apartment does have a doorbell with a camera and one at the building entry.

Great condo in handy location
This condo was great - well decorated, comfortable and loaded with anything one might need! Walking distance to many restaurants and the lake...we had a great time there! Potential renters should know that there is quite a bit of road noise as it's at the main intersection in Cicero, so ear plugs are a benefit.

It would have been easier to get in if we had more details on how to find the key pad before we arrived. The door was also broken. There is a lot of street noise. So much that it is hard to get much sleep

Great Stay
The apartment was clean, well decorated and larger than I expected. The rooms were large, and it had all the amenities. The it was right in the heart of the downtown area. There were restaurants and a coffee shop were right down the street. I would stay again.

Clean, large and well appointed.
The apartment was very nice and well decorated. Rooms were large and had all the necessary amenities. The only complain would be that the road traffic was noisy.

Amazing place!!
We are local to Noblesville but used this VRBO as my bridal suite. The place was amazing and much bigger than expected!! Very clean and even had snacks for us.

Great Location in Cicero
I enjoyed my stay and hope to stay there again. What I liked most was the downtown, convenient location of the apartment. To this I would add, I liked the kitchen area and adjacent sitting area - very nice and great size for a small happy hour gathering with family. The one bathroom facility worked for me so others need to consider to what extent it will work for them. I would have given more 5 star ratings rather than 4s but for a few minor items easily improvable that I will call to the attention of the owner.

Perfect Setting & Location! Wonderful Hostess!
Cannot say enough about this place! We loved the open concept of the renovated space, which is an apartment on the backside and above a commercial building off Peru and Jackson Street. The decor' was comfortable and had a fresh craftsman / Crate & Barrel style! Pet Friendly as well! Kristen, the Hostess, was amazing to work with. She was gracious in every way leaving a lovely bottle of Red Wine, snacks, and a refrigerator stocked with some basics to get us started. Be sure to visit 10 West for Dinner, which is just across the street and catch the sunset at The Boathouse, just an 8-minute walk down Jackson Street! If you have room for dessert, Alexander's makes an amazing homemade ice cream shake that is to die for! Absolutely love Cicero and loved this accommodation! Hope to be back again very soon!
