There is a wedding party, and some guys is singing and dance till 3AM, you can't fall asleep, you can't do nothing, if you want to have a meeting in the next day, better to choose another hotel.

We were in Hyderabad for a holiday and had a good stay at Minerva. The breakfast spread is really good and lavish, also the rooms are very clean. Only issue we had was when we requested for a packed breakfast, we were a couple with 2 kids and had requested for 4 sandwiches, but they said they can give only 2, also they gave 2 cut fruits without any disposable spoon to eat the fruits, which they should have given. Otherwise the overall experience with the hotel was really good.

It's ok for an overnight stay.

Stayed overnight at Minerva Grand. Not sure why they take your picture when they have copies of your passport and credit card details! Breakfast was good!

It's ok hotel.. but needs lot of improvement

Needs to be maintained well. no A/C on the hallways and mosquitos. not upto the mark for the price.

A good and clean hotel

I stayed at the Minerva grand for only one night. Room is very clean and tidy and extremely comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful, as I had booked the room at Banjara Hills branch by mistake and landed on the Kothaguda branch , he helped me change the reservation at last minute without any extra charge.

This boutique hotel is good value for money.

I stayed at this hotel from 8th of March up to 15th of March. I checked in at half past four on the 9th of March and the front office assistant refused to provide king bed room that I had booked through Expedia. I was given a twin bed room instead where the air condition and the fridge was not working. Subsequently after much discussion, I was given another room. Overall the stay was good and the front office manager was extremely kind. Room service was good and this is a good budget hotel to stay at and very close to Gvk one and City center malls.

Good value but be prepared for slow service

Good location, good sized rooms, really good value. Extremely slow front desk service was very frustrating at both check in and check out. Restaurant is fine.

Beware of the scams

This hotel was nice enough however I did not get to stay in it the first night I had booked as they had apparently overbooked. They put me up in what they said was an equivalent hotel which turned out to have a very poor restaurant and no towels. The worst part was the taxi scam - I asked the reception staff if they could order me a taxi for 7:15am. I asked them to do this half an hour before. When I got to the lobby at 7:15 they said that it would take too long for a metered cab so I would have to take the hotel car (which cost an extra 500 rupees). This car did not turn up for another 20 minutes anyway and I spent a rather terrifying 30 minutes racing to the airport and only just managed to catch my plane. This is clearly a scam as the taxi would have arrived on time if the staff had ordered it when I asked. I have sent feedback to the hotel but have not received any reply or apology.

Nice location, Great Service

The hotel is very conveniently located making it very convenient to reach out to important destinations around. Food is good. Hotel's staff were very courteous and went out of the way to help me even after I had checked out. Strongly recommend for business travel.

Very nice hotel in a pleasant area

We enjoyed our stay there very much: very nice rooms; fine breakfast buffet. It was central, so we had a reasonable rickshaw ride to anything we wanted to do or see. It is most convenient to business areas and near hi tech city. There's a wonderful biryani restaurant just down the road.

Minerva is Grand

The hotel does not have a good view from inside nor it is located on the main road. It is more than made up by the good service of the staff. The inside ambience of the hotel and rooms are good. The hotel has a good wifi connection. Regarding food they may add a few more items in the veg section. The upkeep of the rooms and linen are good. In short, for the room rent paid it is value for the money.

Very conveniently located within 2 -3 kms from shops, clinics, places of worship, etc. Not too far off from domestic airport. Very good spread of breakfast.

location and price is just right overall very happy with all the facilities provided the two overflowing rubbish piles noted on either side of hotel, council should pay attention to clear this as it was health hazard to residents and hotel guest

this is not a hotel but an apprtment

First of all , this is not a hotel.it is a apartment filled with families. There is no facility available.this room rent shall be 4 usd/ day.it is a very very bad appartment with bad location.

Affordable but away from VFM.

Located in a quiet place, with 3 minutes' accessability to the main road/shopping areas. Excellent & quick Room Service; though availability of snacks is highly limited in the late afternoon/early evenings. Absence of a Coffee Shop is conspicuous. Buffet Breakfast is OK. Hotel can do well to announce availability of 'live counter' service for dosas/omelette. Affordable Laundry rates, with excellent quality service. However, beds sag causing back sprain, if you are bit well-built. Hotel seems to care only marginally for the extra person (i.e. 3rd adult in a double occupancy room) in terms of in-room facility such as complimentary mineral water, tea/coffee replenishments, toiletries etc.

Minerva Grand, Hyderabad, good location

This hotel is easily access and well located, close to two shopping malls, supermarkets, cafes. The staff are friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory (could be better). The room size is good and clean too. The price is accessible and is a hotel I'd be back for sure.

Stay away from this hotel

It is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. It is in a residential area and a boy a lot of noise all around. You will not be able to sleep. Rooms are dirty. Do yourself a favor, pay another $40 to $50 and stay at a nice place and get a good sleep. The only positive thing about this hotel is free internet.
