Centrally located, easy access to all businesses in Hyderabad. Hotels restaurant food choices is very good.

Stayed at Greenpark in Begumpet for 2 nights. The most disappointing part of this stay was the food- we were served spoiled curd rice which was shocking and could easily have led to food poisoning. We reported this to the staff and despite our concerns the head chef insisted that the product was good. The medhu vada served in the continental breakfast was also poorly made. Not what you would expect in Hyderabad at a “ 4 star hotel”. Would not recommend.

The room pictures on the expedia site are grossly misleading. They do not have desks in-room. The room wasn't clean either - you see hair fallen here or there, shower not working. Bathroom basin sink was clogged. Poorly maintained and the staff was ignorant, forgetful and often slow to react.

Comfortable hotel, but rooms suffer event space
The hotel is quite nice. Even though it's on a very busy main road. The staff were courteous in receiving and checking in. The man who was checking me in was coughing horribly without a mask and didn't seem to care. This appeared to be the general thing with the staff. The room was comfortable and well stocked. However, the biggest issue is that the room faced a central courtyard which was rented out for an event. Loud music and announcements went on through the evening until 11PM. This was unacceptable. There is no quiet business center to conduct work calls. If you are staying here on a business trip, do not assume you will find peaceful space here. Breakfast was a buffet with the standard fare and eggs. Outside guests get charged about 500 rupees. It was quite good. The coffee shop Concu next door is a far better bet for your caffeine and pastry needs.

Staff used to be courteous. During this visit, I felt that they were not helpful. Since my wife and I booked a room, I requested for to 2 key cards. The gentleman who was at the registration, declined without any explanation. I requested the person who brought my luggage, to show me how to work TV remote. He tried for a couple of minutes, and said that he would send somebody to help me. But, no body came. I know. It was a trivial issue. But, it cann effect customer satisfaction.

Beware, Expedia charges for "breakfast buffet" which is complimentary for every guest. Do not pre-pay and save headache for fighting for un-used stay credit. hotel was going through updates when i stayed.

Well in room dine was good and convient. However had issue with toilet flush also there were baby cockroaches running around in bathroom. second issue is mosquitoes in the room,which kind of distrubed the quality of sleep.

Strict mask mandate was not followed and third floor was smelling cigarette smoke on carpet, while I was there was constructing work grinding work going on while I was in meetings. Staff were very nice taking personal care.

The Green Park Hotel, Hyderabad
It was a repeat and pleasant stay. The hotel really takes care of its guests nicely. The lobby, room and restaurant are all good with nice ambience. The restaurant offers huge variety of cuisine and staff serves with affection.
