I have been staying at this hotel for years. It is my first choice in pereira. I honestly love the hotel but I feel since the virus service and quality has gone down especially at the breakfast. Another issue I had during my latest trip was they insisted on charging me for a day visitor at 7pm, which I felt was ridiculous especially considering that I am a loyal customer who always spends a good amount of money during my stays.

It’s like the staff not professional enough to meet your need, since 3 days waiting the receipt by NIT as requested but nothing yet. Also I forgot my AirPod in the room and I called them and told me they gonna get back to me but nothing yet, I understand it’s my responsibility but as friendly places should be returned for more convenience

The hotel is fantastic, with a very good price for what you get. Food can be better for dinner and lunch if they give a more typical food approach. Even like that the food is good

Although room service takes some time to answer the phone, the service is fast. The staff at the restaurant downstairs is amazing, very attentive and cordial. Front desk people were great too.

It definitely needs more facilities and entertainment options. Its pretty and clean but nothing to do besides the pool.

I think the wishlist and choices of the breakfast have declined. I love the property but i wish they would keep all 3 hot Tubs hot. Heating the pool just a little would help also.

Manager charge me for taxes twice. When I ask for a reimbursement they refuse “ because the transaction was already process”. I spoke with the manager of turn and he couldn’t help me because it was late and didn’t want to work any more.

Hotel Sonata has been the best experience I've had from ALL the trips we made to Colombia. The hotel is extremelly well kept, the staff is cordial and the food is superv.
Overall, I liked the place so much, that we're planning on coming back in winter.

Hotel is FAR from downtown. It is fine for familys. The pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast great. I was suprised that the coffee at breafast wasn't better. I was there for several days I wished there was a laundry room.
