When checking out front desk staff was rude ass hell and couldn’t give me receipt after I paid the food. Here was too Americanized and the exact same thing every day no shuttle bus no concierge to recommend or help idea things to do other than be here at the hotel no shuttle bus from the airport I would never be back here.

The beach was beautiful and pretty empty. It’s not a wide white sand beach but we really enjoyed ourselves. The Caribbean Sea was like a nice warm bath and great for our kids to enjoy with gentle waves. The pools were fun and there were games and activities to keep us occupied. The staff was accommodating and our rooms were clean. Thank you for a great stay.

This is an amazing hotel. My family and I have been staying here since 1991. Although this trip the attention of the staff was non existent after several calls to the front desk for towels and a clogged bathroom. Being unable to use the bathroom for an entire evening was unacceptable for such a costly stay.

My first disappointment started from check-in after a long day of travel my room wasn't available. We wanted to be close together. I was given a room on the next floor. After my daughter went to the desk. I wasn't disappointed with the room I was just tired. We enjoyed the servers at the bar and restaurant. Carlos and Saul the other man I forgot his name went far beyond to assure us a pleasant experience. We celebrated both my daughter and my husband's birthday. The great conversations and service was greatly needed and appreciated. We do look firward to visiting again.

Good for the money. Great view of the ocean. Hotel is aged and needs a serious updating. The beach should be advertised as ‘on the water with a Sandy area inside the gate adjacent to the water. Pool and hot tubs were cozy. Our only complaint is the god awful smell at night. Smells like sewage and permeates the room. Understand the hotel can’t avoid it, but the rooms should be better sealed. Wide opening at the door frame. La Cava was excellent for date night. la terrace is overpriced for breakfast selections. Ok for lunch. We ate local for dinners.

We had a really bad experience at Hilton this time around. Our neighbor was very noisy at nights with the TV, and we complained on 2nd night of our stay - supposedly the receptionist sent security to the neighbor and in spite of it I could hear the TV blaring until 12pm in the night at least... I have never had to turn on white noise on my phone ever in the past, and this was the first stay where we had to turn it on and still none of my wife and two young kids could sleep through this! The hotel never even offered to switch our rooms either. On the 3rd night, same thing happened and I complained and the TV kept blaring into the wee hours of the morning!! I asked the receptionist to also ensure the manager called me the next morning to discuss this situation and I never heard anything from the manager. I had to personally call the manager after the 4th night to get reparations for this ridiculous situation we were put in! The manager returned my call just before I was leaving the hotel and offered me a paltry 200$ as reparation, which was adding salt to the injury! I paid top-dollars for this room (400$ / night) and a paltry 200$ does nothing to make up for this fiasco! I plan to never stay in Hilton ever again!

They no longer had connecting rooms and blamed that it was because i booked with 3rd party and they were not notified. Didn’t follow through next day for change. I understand that things can go wrong but I feel the staff at hotel can use better training waited a long time for server to come for lunch but he ended up being very nice. Hilton should also update this property. It’s a 3 star resort that has potential. Kids enjoyed pool location is great right off exit and buffet options are nice.

I LOVE this resort! Pictures online don’t do it justice. The resort was incredibly clean, the staff made great efforts to ensure its cleanliness, despite the birds knowing when lunchtime is and invading the terrace eating area. Only items to note for future improvements, and by no means does it detract from our incredible experience: the putt putt golf area could use some refresh- some of the cement is crumbling, and open the cage for custom order coffee a bit earlier. Honestly, we loved this resort so much. I cannot wait to return!

I booked the Hotel seeing Hilton name. I stayed in other Hilton hotels before. This was a disaster. The hotel is situated in far away south of Puerto Rico. All major attractions are near San Juan which is close to 2 hrs driving from this place. Also beach is not maintained at all. It is dirty and no white sand or place for entertainment. Also hotel has limited restaurants. Also no small shops in the hotel for any purchases. Also they are not keeping any water or drinks in the rooms like other hotels. Food is expensive also. The distance of this hotel away from San Juan is major issue. No attractions close by. My cousin booked another nice hotel in San Juan which was backing to beach (Nice one with white sand and chairs for people to enjoy beach). I will not recommend this hotel at all.

You have to use your credit card for everything until You get a room assigned which does not happen until 4pm. Maybe they should allow a place holder on a room before checkin in so guest can charge it to the room Larry upon room number assignment
