Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies if you were not made aware of our Guest Amenities Fee and all the great items it includes. While I am not sure how you made your reservation, when guest book directly through us, we work hard to over communicate all information related to the rate, taxes and fees. On our website, we do list detailed information in two locations related to the Guest Amenities Fee, as well as we detail it out during the booking process to ensure our guests are able to make an informed decision, and to ensure they truly see the information, we include it the confirmation email and the pre-arrival email.I hope you were able to take advantage of all of the Amenities we offer at Hotel Zoe.
