The property is dated but seems to be undergoing some updating, so they're obviously interested in keeping up. Front desk staff was great, room was clean and comfy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if in the area.

Fine for an overnight stay.
Room was a little musty, sprayed some air freshener and it was just fine. Freezer in mini fridge was unusable since it needed defrosted. A lot of road noise being right by the interstate. Other than that, nice stay.

I stay her 5or or 6 timrs a year for the last 6 years.its easy to get to from the interstate. It's clean and very reasonable the new owneres are very accommodateing

Great night's stay for a wonderful price
We were very happy with our stay here. We came in late, were greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk. We were able to park right outside our door, which we love, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was very quiet and we were able to sleep in with no noise waking us up. The price was great also. It's nothing fancy, but we weren't looking for that. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Disgusting.
The sheets had stains. The chair had what looked like urine stains the foot rest has what looked like semen stains. There was a wad of toilet paper wadded up behind the trash can with what looked like fecal matter on it. There was feces on the ground outside the door on the ground. The front desk girl said “oh I’m sorry to hear that” did not offer to compensate us at all. I wish I would have known they would ask for a review I would have taken pictures, but no one wants to see that.

When I walked in to check in, the lobby smelled so clean and fresh! The desk staff were super friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was nicley updated. If I had to complain about anything, I did wish there was better blankets on the beds. But overall, I feel like we found a hidden gem that we will stay in the next time we are in the area.

Fox River Hog, Missouri trip.
Since I was pre-paid, I did not have to provide a credit card, which is wonderful! For the first time ever, the hotel itself was better than the pictures. It was a very pleasant experience and the night manager provided us cookies that he had baked what a great treat.

I didn’t catch the name of the guy at the front desk but he was absolutely awesome & so friendly. Same guy that was there the year before. This is the only hotel I stay at when I come home to visit friends & family. It has recently been updated & looks great❤️ so close to town & all the things we need!!

I stay at this hotel 4 to 6 times a year for the Last 5 Years it has steadily improved in the new owners have redecorated and made it really nice I'd highly recommend this hotel for anybody whether you're passing through or need a few nights

Comfortable and great value
Check in was easy, bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Visually outdated rooms but has a nice indoor pool. Right down the road from St James Winery!

Our room very clean and tidy. However, the overnight temperature was in the 20's and our heat was broken. They did have a room size space heater that barely took the chill out of the room. The breakfast was good, but no lids for the coffee cups. The indoor pool was closed for repair.
