3泊させてもらいました。 フロントの方は、日本語を話せる人は 1人の女性しかおらず、カタコトでも 英語を話せないとかなりやり取りに 苦労すると思います。英語を喋れない人に対して 決して優しくはないフロントでした。(2024/4\1-3夜中担当の笑顔が優しい男性は本当に親切でした) 設備としては、シャワー🚿室の 作りが悪い。 トイレの方までびしょ濡れになる作り。 氷のサーバーが一階のランドリー奥で 怖い場所にあるから、子供や女性1人では 行かないで。あれは、場所を変えた方が良い。 部屋のコーヒーメーカーが 壊れていたのが残念。 軽食ができる ポンキーポッドルームを使用できるという あえて高い部屋を選んで宿泊したのに いつでも行けるわけではなく、 火曜の夕方17-18時の1時間限定で その時間に帰れる日がなかったので 結局無駄にしてしまった。 予約する際にその説明がないのは不親切。

It's essential for travelers to have accurate information when choosing accommodations. Having only one staff member who speaks Japanese can indeed be challenging for non-English speakers. Clear communication is crucial for a pleasant stay. It's disappointing that the coffee maker in your room was broken. A functional coffee maker is essential for many guests. Please note that we also offer daily fresh brewed coffee in the Hotel lobby. Lack of explanation during the reservation process is inconvenient. Clear communication about available services and restrictions is essential to manage expectations.We take full responsibility for this mistake. Please know that we are committed to making things right. We have already addressed the issue and taken corrective measures to prevent it from happening again.Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

ホテルは可愛い感じのお部屋です。エントランスはオシャレな雰囲気です。こじんまりしてて親しみやすい素敵なホテルです。フロントの方も皆さん優しく親切です。　お風呂のお湯があまりたくさん無いので時間を置いて入ってくださいと言われました。あと、風が強いと窓がガタガタいいますが、スタッフさんの笑顔がカバーしてくれてます。　アメニティもオシャレなハワイアンで素敵です。立地もよくお買い物にもそこそこ便利です。

シャワーのお湯が出ないため、ほぼ水で体を洗っていました。(朝などは出る時間もありましたが、夜はほとんど出ませんでした。) また、壁が薄いため、エレベーターの来る音も気になりました。

初めてのハワイ旅行。 おまけに一人旅。 このホテルには日本人女性がフロントにいます。 英語のできない私には、ここしかない・・・ って事ですぐ即決。 ビーチにも徒歩10分。 1人だけどキングサイズベットのお部屋に泊まりました。 部屋に、スリッパやポット、歯ブラシが欲しかったなぁ。

女性の日本人スタッフさんおられます。
日本語が通じたので良かったです。夜にチェックインする時、少し待ちました。早くお部屋に入りたかったですが、フロントにスタッフさんがお一人しかおられず、とても忙しくされていたのでしょうがないと思います。場所はとても便利でしたし、コスパも良かったので。寝るだけの滞在なら充分かと思います。

部屋によってはバルコニー、椅子、テーブルがない。 今回は椅子とケトルをリクエストして対応して頂きました。 部屋に電話がないのでリクエストするのに自分の携帯で電話か受付に行くしかないので少し不便です。 日本語が話せるスタッフがいたので色々相談できてたので安心しました。 スタッフは皆さん親戚です。 現在、朝食サービスはないですが朝にはコーヒーやお茶が1階に準備してあります。 ピンクトロリーがホテルのまえに止まるし、バス停も近いので移動には便利です。

小さなホテルは初めてで不安でしたがフロントスタッフのYUKIさんがいつも笑顔で優しく対応してくださり嬉しく安心できました。他のスタッフの方々も親切でした。

部屋は広くて清潔。スタッフは親切。下にABCマートがあり便利。WiFiのスピードが早い。一方、窓が薄くて外の音が結構聞こえる。WiFiにパスワードがかかっていないのでセキュリティが心配。シャワーハンドルが半分壊れていて調整が至難。2022年9月現在、まだリノベ中のようなので、今後改善されることに期待。

お部屋が可愛いく、ベッドも大きいので1人で寝るのには十分ですし、1Fでお水もいただけるので 快適でした。また朝食が食べれるのも嬉しい！ コーヒーとオレンジジュース、サラダにパンケーキにクロワッサン、マフィンと、パンの種類が豊富で毎日飽きませんでした。 バスタブは掃除がイマイチでしたので、シャワーてキレイにしてから入ることをオススメします。 立地は最高、飲み物も置いてあって良いホテルだと思います！(夕方には飲み物無くなってますが、朝昼はありました。)

Waikikiにあるのにこじんまりしててスタッフのサービスも行き届いている。ここ3年ほど定宿にしているが、改装もほぼ終わってきているので快適。改装前から使用しているが改装後は、とても快適。改装前から変わらないスタッフのサービスは心地よい。コーヒーメーカーがリクエストになっているので要注意。ロビーにコーヒーサービスがあるがすぐに無くなってしまうので。

アットホームな雰囲気のホテル
ワイキキのハズレにありますが、トロリーバス停がそばにあり便利です。一階にABCストアがあります。到着するとジュースを出してくれます。全体的にアットホームな雰囲気のホテルで、プレミアム感やリゾート感はありません。建物、部屋は古いです。低層階だったからか、外がうるさいです。朝食はイマイチです。
