3月に4泊しました。 チェックアウト後に忘れ物をしたことを気づき、そのまま帰国しましたが、日本に戻ってからのメールでのやり取りがとても丁寧且つスムーズで、無事友人経由で受け取ることができました。ホテルスタッフの方々にはとても感謝しています。 ホテル1階レストランでの朝食メニューが豊富で、店員の方々の明るく親切に対応してくださり、毎日朝食の時間が楽しみでした。 強いて言えば、部屋の中が湿気でカビ臭いのは致し方ないと思いつつ、その点は気になりました。

The hot water kettle and coffee maker had water left in them from a previous guest, which was disgusting. Overall, there was a lot of dust and it was not clean. Towels in the room were replenished daily. Cleaning must be booked at least one day in advance. The location of the hotel is convenient and good, but there were homeless people nearby at night, which was scary.

4人で泊まりました。 3階の部屋でしたが、ベランダのすぐ下の外装の工事が行われていて日中すごくうるさかったです。 スタッフになんとかならないかと相談したら、週末は休むから我慢しろと言われました。 ここで-1点。 アメニティが全くと言っていいほどなく、ドアに掛ける式のオーダー紙があったのですが、歯ブラシは項目になく、手書きで書いたらもらえませんでした。 しかもいつの間にかドア下に袋詰めで置かれていてとても不親切。 歯ブラシはもらえないかとフロントデスクに聞いてみたら大量に握らされてもうデスクに来るなと言われました。 ここで-2点。 最終日、部屋に冗談抜きで手のひらサイズのゴキが出てきました。-96点。 泊まれただけで1点やるので、100点満点中1点差し上げます。 飛行機も海も食べ物もアクティビティも全てが完璧だっただけあって、このホテルのクズさが目立ったとてもいい旅行になりました。 もう二度と泊まりません。

Wifi didn’t work at all - It asked me to sign up for hilton honours to access free wifi or lay for wifi use everyday. I’m already a member so there was no way to login for existing members so it kept declining my email. Worst when it comes to services. I will never stay at this particular hilton. Room had beach dirt when I walked in for the first time at midnight so I had to ask to send someone with vacuum to clean. It was not properly cleaned when I checked in. Worst Hawaii experience in 5 years and I go there twice a year

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Location was good, we were close to the beach and to nearby restaurants. Any questions we had front desk was helpful and was able to answer questions we had. Only thing we felt between a few interactions with front desk was we felt like everyone wasn’t genuinely happy to help. When we checked in, we were given our key card no other conversation. If front desk was more genuine and in a better mood, we would’ve given five stars. On the day of our checkout, our flight was not until later that day, and we were hoping for a hospitality suite as we will be spending the day at the beach and it would have been nice to have a place to freshen up before heading to the airport. Unfortunately this hotel no longer offers hospitality suites, and had recommended a late checkout with a fee of $100. On the day of check out unfortunately late checkout was no longer an option as our room was assigned to new guest. It was understandable, because there are new guests coming. However, having a hospitality suite available for guest would definitely make a difference.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t enjoy our balcony during our whole stay and our room missed a couple days of cleaning. My daughter and I loved the pool. I also loved how we were compensated for the inconveniences. Thank you for the great service.

This was our first time visiting Honolulu.We chose to stay at the Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort for our first week.Then with family for our second week and our last three days back at the Hilton. During our first week at the Hilton we were so excited to be staying on the 37th floor. The view was amazing but our balcony had a lot of bird poop on it. This kept us from enjoying it as much as we would have liked. It didn’t get cleaned until we informed a manager. This was after at least 4 days of us being there. We decided to call attention to it after our room also didn’t get cleaned for at least 2 days during our time. When we checked out at the end of our first week I was told it was because they were short handed. I did get a sincere apology and was told my resort fees would be waived. I thought that was great customer service but I was really surprised to get a call from a woman on the morning of 19th the day we were returning for our last 3 days to tell me she also wanted to upgrade our room to the presidential suite. I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name, but my family and I thank you so much for the upgrade the room was so beautiful just as beautiful as the ocean view. Thank you again for the great customer service. I wish we could have stayed longer.

My son and I stayed recently for 10 days. It's a beautiful hotel! Very clean and tastefully decorated. Especially loved the rooftop pool deck! The addition of cornhole and miniature golf was brilliant. Pool was lovely. Definitely would highly recommend this well appointed hotel! 😊
