Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Location was good, we were close to the beach and to nearby restaurants. Any questions we had front desk was helpful and was able to answer questions we had. Only thing we felt between a few interactions with front desk was we felt like everyone wasn’t genuinely happy to help. When we checked in, we were given our key card no other conversation. If front desk was more genuine and in a better mood, we would’ve given five stars. On the day of our checkout, our flight was not until later that day, and we were hoping for a hospitality suite as we will be spending the day at the beach and it would have been nice to have a place to freshen up before heading to the airport. Unfortunately this hotel no longer offers hospitality suites, and had recommended a late checkout with a fee of $100. On the day of check out unfortunately late checkout was no longer an option as our room was assigned to new guest. It was understandable, because there are new guests coming. However, having a hospitality suite available for guest would definitely make a difference.
