以前は日航ホテルで日系でした。その頃から香港来たらずっとこちらで宿泊したます。最近は日本人スタッフいないので別のホテルでも良いかな？と思っています。ホテルのサービスは良いですね！

The overall service was good. Especially we are satisfied with the residential service. The hotel staff especially the ladies are international and friendly. Have enjoyed conversation with them. One dissapointing point is that we were informed that the free shuttle bus service from Kowloon Station was not available before leaving Japan. The service was NA due to pandemic.

部屋もスタッフの方たちも清潔で使いやすく、快適。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しい。エグゼクティブラウンジが10時から19時しか使えず、部屋で朝、仕事の予定があったので、家人がラウンジを使えれば、と思い選んだ部屋だったので、その点が残念でした（コーヒーショップも10時から）。館内レストランのグレードは高いです。

Hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel

I was very impressed with the staff and their very kind and courteous service. As a former Nikko Hotel affiliate, I felt that the environment was very comfortable, with staff who could speak Japanese, although only a small portion, and TOTO product water fixtures, etc.!

Like the hotel is at a quiet location in Tsimshatsui East, walking distance off the busy Nathan Road. Our room is clean and spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed in HK, with a great view of the fabulous harbour. The staffs are excellent friendly. Will definitely stay here again the next time.

It’s in a great location with many shops and restaurants. about 8 minutes walk to the MTR and 3 minutes to the Victoria harbor. Got an upgrade corner room. The size is bigger than I expected especially in HK. Gym is a bit small. Rooftop Pool is small and not that nice but I don’t swim. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Dave from the front desk was awesome. He makes us feel very welcome and treat us with great respect. We will definitely come back when we are in HK again.
