これまでひとりでも夫と二人でも何回も貴ホテルに泊まりました。今回も日本人の友人４人（私達以外に部屋三つ）を連れて泊まったように、イートンHKのファンです。しかし、これまで一番部屋が小さくて、使いにくいと感じました。私は同ランクの部屋のいろんな種類を経験しました。二人が泊まる場合、二人がより快適に過ごせるように家具が配置される部屋にするように配慮していただきたいと思います。

Old but nicely renovated hotel. Communication with the staff after making the reservation was smooth, I like it. The hotel has good transportation links, making it convenient for dining and sightseeing. To check out, just put your room key in the box, so you don't have to worry about missing your flight!

ロビーとエレベーターの位置関係がよくない。 1階でエレベータを待っている間暑い。落ち着かないホテル。もう利用はしないと思う。ただお掃除の人は大変感じがよかった。部屋もまあ良い。周辺は便利だが地下鉄の駅までは若干距離がある。

コロナの前は毎年１－２回宿泊していて、とても満足していましたが、今回はリノベーションのあとのはずでしたが、部屋が小さくなった感じで、宿泊者２人の部屋には椅子が一つしかなく、小さなテーブルもありません。設備や備品は以前よりずっと少なくなり、最低限以下だと思います。しかし、場所が便利で、スタッフが親切であることは変わりません。

部屋の階へ昇るエレベーターが受付けと同じフロアにありません。一旦フロアの外に出る必要があります。不便です。はじめは慣れずに受付けのフロアで迷子になりました。部屋はリニューアルされて綺麗で清潔でした。スタッフの皆さんも大変親切でフレンドリーでした。エレベーターの位置だけが不満です。

Overall had a great time! The room was as advertised, we were on a higher floor so could not hear noise from downstairs bar or outside. We were allowed to check in quite a bit early which was greatly appreciated. Staff were friendly.

The Eaton is in a great location near Temple Street Night Market, and close to the Metro to go everywhere. The rooms are well insulated and quiet. The terrace lounge and rooftop pool are great amenities. Their spaces for cultural activities such as art, films, etc. makes this a vibrant place. Once we discovered the food hall, we ate there several times. There is a good variety of dining options within the Eaton and they are all very popular. Staff is helpful and the facilities were very clean. Would really recommend the Eaton for those who want to be in the middle of everything and close to public transit.

This is the third time I stayed at this property because I like the location. It's close to MTR station, food, and shopping. I didn't like our room so much this time because it is very small and no room to unpack at all. The carpet needs to be replaced also.
