This beautiful architecturally designed house has been built across three floating levels with a large open plan living area that show cases the incredible views across Hobart city and Derwent river. It has a master bedroom with it's own private balcony, walk-in-robe and large modern ensuite with a spa. Prime location; only 5 minute drive to Hobart CBD, Salamanca waterfront and Kingston. Walking distance to a bike park and children's play ground. The garage is unavailable. There is free on-site parking and street parking available.
