素晴らしい

お出迎え、部屋の清潔感、露天風呂などはとても良かったです。周囲に食事処や施設が少なかったのが唯一の問題でした。

オーシャンビューの温泉が良い。

オーシャンビューの和室部屋で日没と日の出が客室から楽しめました。　オーシャンビューの温泉は海外からの友人にも好評で合計４回も楽しんでいました。　部屋での日本式の朝食も気に入ったようです。温泉から見る大島と日の出は印象的でした。内湯からも外湯からも海の景色が楽しめます。　一階のロビーには売店もあります。駐車場はホテル前に海外沿いに停められます。

35年ほど前に家族で来たことがあります。時の流れを感じさせないほど綺麗に改装されていて、清掃も隅々まで行き届き快適に過ごすことができました。

素晴らしい

快適に過ごすことが出来ました。老舗のホテルですが清潔感があり、食事やスタッフの方にも値段以上のサービスをして頂き大満足です。景色もネットの画像通りでした！

接客の悪さ、空調が悪さ目立つ宿

ホテルズドットコムサイトでは部屋がどんな部屋かわかりにくかったため、電話で事前にどんな部屋か（私達は特別室を希望）確認の上予約した。しかし現地では別の部屋を案内され、電話確認した部屋と違うことを伝えても、電話履歴が無いとホテルマンから終始謝罪の言葉も貰えない始末だった。さらに空調がひどく暑く対策を依頼したが、5人部屋にも関わらず、5人いるから人の熱で暑いのではないか、通常日本のサイトから予約する場合は5人を宿泊させない部屋だとの返答であった。接客業として最悪の対応であった。海辺のホテルという点は、海水浴客向けだとは思う。露天風呂は写真通り良かった。だが、二度と宿泊しないホテルだと家族総意しています。

素敵な景色に気持ちいい温泉

海が目の前で、ホテルの外にシャワーも完備されていましたし、小さいながらもプールもあり、部屋のバルコニーには簡単な物干しや、夜は花火用のバケツも準備されていて、部屋も清潔、温泉も露天風呂からの海の景色が最高で、一日中楽しく快適に過ごすことができました。素泊まりでしたが、新鮮な海の幸をいただけるところも車で走ればあり、満喫いたしました。また必ず伺いたいです。

海の音が聞こえる旅館

赤ちゃんと一緒に泊まりましたが、部屋も広く海も目の前で最高でした。従業員の方も勧んで写真を撮ってくれたりとアットホームな感じのいい所です。今度は家族6人で行きたいです。

Hyggeligt hotel med fin service

Meget hyggeligt sted med perfekt beliggenhed på stranden. Altanen er mere en svalegang og kan reelt kun bruges til at tørre badetøj. Meget autentisk hotel som virker lidt gammelt men rent. God service og efter anbefaling fik vi det bedste sushi nogensinde i Japan.

The staff went out of their way to help us, the shuttle bus picked us up from the station, but it was hard for us to communicate as we do not have Japanese. The Hotel would have been beautiful in its day, but it is tired but lovely. The staff tried to make up for this. I was disappointed we paid $650 for the night for a family of four, unheard of for us. So when I asked about breakfast I was a little thrown when I was told no restaurants around we would have to go to the 7-11 for breakfast and dinner. We had help from the staff to find a great local restaurant

일반호텔과 비교하여 경치빼고는 메리트가 없다.

일본료칸 기대를 하고 비싼요금으로 숙박을 하였지만 경치빼고는 추천할만하지 않다.

非常惬意和放松的酒店

房间有大大的阳台正对大海，让人非常心旷神怡，寝品非常舒服，睡得很舒适，露天的温情也很棒，住了两晚，一晚带餐，一晚不带，晚餐和早餐都是在房间里吃，很丰盛，也很新鲜，味道也还不错，下午茶赠送的点心都很好吃，一楼有卖的。走两分钟就有不少餐馆，最近的一家寿司店的饭非常好吃，唯一不太方便的是离便利店有点远，不过酒店下午可以有一趟车免费送客人过去，酒店离车站走路十分钟不到，都是下坡。

Good hotel and worth to come again

It is very good hotel and good to share with others whatever the service quality and manner of staffs. Most important are the environment and the ocean view of the room.

A very nice experience

A wonderful location with fantastic view from the familyroom. A Tatami room that catered for everything for a Family with small children. Remember to book the hotel with breakfast and dinner. Not many restaurants in the area and the hotel didn't have a restaurant. The booked means where serves in the room. A truly wonderful experience! Also good to bring cash although there are ATM and post Office in the area. Also very little English is spoken in the village. It was very easy to come by train from Tokyo and took around 3 h with express train but not Shinkansen.

房間很大設備好，前台服務親切，有室內和室外浴場，酒店超近海灘！

前台是上了年紀的服務員，和譪可親。這裡的膳食很美味豐富，住兩個晚上都有不同的菜式款待。房間大，榻榻米好睡。酒店近熱川駅，也可自駕遊。

Nice hotel with great sea view

The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The meals are delicious but a bit salty. Hotel room is a bit old but quite comfortable. One thing I like most is that I can see sunrise in my room. The only thing I don't like is the curtain, it is not good enough to block the sun.

Beautiful relaxing location with top staff

Stayed here 2 nights as a couple. Right from the start, staff were incredibly helpful with assistance. One in particular when asked about nearby attractions printed a map, did some research, highlighted and explained to us very helpfully. Top helpful staff. The room itself was pleasant and peaceful. We had a basic room, that had a large window to a full ocean view. Perfect for sitting, reading and watching the sunrise. We tried a private onsen and were pleased with the cleanliness and temperature (on the warmer side). This hotel is definitely a place to unwind with less focus on electronics.

靠海，可泡湯的好住處

房間可以看到大海，和室房間很大，舒適~公眾池泡湯也有海景可以看，飯店的服務人員都很親切，沒有特別預約接送，可是飯店人員在車站等我們~感覺賓至如歸!!! 大推薦~((飯店有一個台灣女將哦~))

值得住的酒店

酒店於沙灘旁, 距離伊豆熱川站大約步行8-10分鐘 (由火車站向下行去酒店), 如由酒店去火車站, 建議坐酒店SHUTTLE 上去, 因為往山上行會較辛苦, 路較斜. 酒店環境清幽, 房間向海, 令人非常放鬆, 早餐, 晚餐也很好吃. 酒店有室內室外的溫泉, 可以一面泡溫泉一面看著大海, 很寫意. 另外酒店職員非常有善, 有禮, 司機哥哥很好, 送我去火車站時還幫我將重重的行李拿到火車站入面. 真的很感謝!

海景房，露天温泉，泡温泉听海声，很惬意

从热川站出来要走10分钟左右山路才能到酒店，由于是下山的路，所以走起来还不算费力。酒店有专车接送，但要预约。热川是个小镇，餐馆不是很多。酒店有日式料理，但也需要预约，建议安排在热川吃晚餐的朋友订酒店时一起订晚餐，不然找吃的不方便。我订的是榻榻米房间，一家3口，房间面朝大海，可看日出日落，风景不错。酒店里自带了露天温泉（其实是阳台上设计的人工温泉，不是天然温泉），面朝大海泡温泉听海声感觉不错。楼下就有海滩，冬天也不太冷，我们1月底去的时候，温度10度左右，太阳直射身上很暖和，还有人还海滩上冲浪。酒店的工作人员非常热情，住的很舒适，是间不错的酒店，值得推荐。

Good food and excellent room services.

They prepare food and display inside your room. The staffs are very nice. The room is very clean and tidy. The beach is just in front of hotel. Spa is good and the view is excellent.

Nice comfy hotel

This hotel is reli comfy. The room is quite large and clean. It has seaviews and faces east so we can see sunrise there. Stuff are so nice. It has indoor and outdoor onsen. Both are quite clean. But remember to book the dinner there, because don't have many restaurants nearby and most of them close at night.

Great view of the ocean

On the beach, great location. Staff very helpful and nice but does not speak English. No English spoken around area, either.

very very nice hotel

This Hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. We loves the onsen, view from our room and the lavish dinner in the room. The only thing we didn't like was the beach that's across from the hotel which is a bit rocky; much better beaches are about a 30 minute drive south.

Perfect stay in wonderful hotel, best stuff, food

Wonderful stay in thsi wonderful hotel! directly situated on the beach. stuff was amazing!! I highly recommedn this hotel. Breakfast and dinner was perfect!!! Very high quality, a lot of very very good and delicious seafood! Stuff was so kind! Onsen indoor and outdoor very nice and clean, open whole night! Hotel very clean, perhaps not the newest but in perfect condition and wonderful atmosphere directly on the beach. Wonderful stay. I would always come back to this hotel! The stuff was one of the best I have ever met. and the dinner too : )

看日出的好地方

酒店比想象中的要豪华，有7层楼，在房间里就能欣赏日出。还能边泡温泉边看海景，门口就是沙滩，要戏水的也方便。服务员都很热情，好像还有懂中文的服务员。
