I did like that there are 2 hot tubs in the pool area.. The pool is on the smaller side. But there were towels available and it was clean in that area. Checked into the room and went to put drinks in the room fridge and there was still food and drinks in there from previous people that had stayed. So the fridge was not cleaned or even emptied out. Bed was comfortable as was the pillows. Room was hot so turned the air on at 60 for sleeping and normally I like it warmer it just made it tolerable. Pancake machine at breakfast was broke down (out of order) which should be indicated when booking. In my mind if it was broken then get a griddle and start making pancakes to throw in a warmer. Not hard at all. Also the egg warmer was empty and when i asked if it would be filled the staff was not friendly and snapped and said "he's working on it" which i did not appreciate the attitude.

This is the second time I have stayed there, with in the past two weeks. Super safe, complimentary breakfast, clean, great service and indoor pool/ jacuzzi.

Staff was very accommodating. Quiet when you need it to be. Beds were comfortable. Standing showers instead of bathtubs is a major plus in my books.

We enjoyed our stay. I noticed some staining on a pillowcase and the sheets on one of the beds but otherwise the rooms were clean. The pool was good but it could have been more kid friendly (no kiddie pool or slide). We also enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options and the coffee was great! Overall it suited our needs for a one night stay.

We came into grand forks for one night. Check in was really smooth and easy. The hotel itself is not soundproof at all. All we heard all night was doors slamming which I get can only be so controlled...but I dont experience this often when we travel otherwise. The room temperature was hard to control, the pilllows and mattresses were not very comfortable which is opinion based of course. Spent a lot of time overnight awake. Bathroom was nice, but shower had very little water pressure. On a positive note, our room was very clean. We normally opt to the competitor down the street, but decided to try a few other hotels to see what's out there! Guess we're going back the good ol reliable at the "Inn".

Receptionist was grest and we had a super quick check-in experience. The breakfast had a good variety of both hot and cold items. The only negative was the housekeeping service, which, over the course of 3 nights was non-existent as we practically had to beg to have the trash removed, and coffee supplies and towels were not replaced, nor was the room refreshed.

The only think that we experienced is that there was a family on the top floor that was having a party until 2:00 a.m. and it was very loud and the hotel did not have another room to give us. It was a very sleepless night. Other than that it was great.

This was a lovely hotel and we would certainly stay again. The breakfast was hot and delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our only point to note is that there is insufficient ventilation in the pool area, and the humid chlorinated air throughout the hotel lobby and first floor is VERY tough on asthmatic lungs. I had to take extra medication because the air was so humid from the pool area. Otherwise, a perfect stay. We highly recommend the Mexican restaurant nearby.
