As motel, it serves its purpose well although the rooms were a little out dated but functional. Very Good staff and friendly. We arrived late passed midnight but were still able to check in and get proper orientated. its safe and convenient area to stay overnight when you are on the road.

The facility was safe and very clean. Could use some updating in the bathrooms. We had a large cracked tile and none of the towel racks were secure. Otherwise, staff friendly and professional. Free breakfast was nice. Safe environment

We only stayed at the hotel for one night, but we would have loved to stay longer. The room was clean and cozy. It came with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee pot stocked with tea and coffee options. The lobby of the hotel was big and had tables and chairs for eating and sitting with your party. In the morning, there was a great continental breakfast with all sorts of options, eggs, potatoes, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, you name it. The staff was friendly and polite. Overall it was an excellent experience in a beautiful location.

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights during a visit to Upper Antelope Canyon. The hotel is among a group of hotels in a rather industrial-looking area. Our rooms on the 4th floor faced the backside of utility yard. Made sense because the Glen Canyon Dam was nearby. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were polite but not very engaging. Dining options were limited but the restaurants we went to (Gone West and El Tapatio) in town were very good. Overall, a nice stay.

Hotel looks good and started good, but I measure hotel on quality of sleep. The hotel air conditioning was noisy all night and with fridge noise and bathroom extractor not stopping had bad nights sleep.

Pros: The staff were excellent, professional, and provided good customer service. The room was clean. They have a mini-market area by the front desk. Staff are knowledgeable about the area. Close to Horseshoe Bend and the bridge/dam. Cons: Room had a slight smell to it. The free breakfast was a “free for all” and didn’t have very good options. You’re better off going into town and eating there. Only 1 working elevator. The bed was so firm it felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab. Overall, I would stay here again

The staff were friendly & helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk while we were on a tour which meant a lot to us because in the past our car was broken into while we were on a tour and luggage was taken.
