The staff were very friendly and the room was clean but the bed was hard as a rock so I didn’t sleep well at all unfortunately...

The property is perfectly situated to the London Gatwick airport. The restaurant food is very good and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit tired and they are fighting broken lifts etc but the staff is on it constantly. Rooms are quiet and linens very clean, though Some of the carpets are just worn out. I would stay here again. And I recommend it to others!

Charge for high room service.Room is excellent but it’s high end room. Not sure about other rooms. No car parking service.

The mattress in our room was so terrible we had to ask them to change it. We then got given another one in just as bad a condition. You can feel the springs digging in to you and can feel every movement. Just a terrible night sleep. Not to mention the loud rude people who arrived at 2.30am making as much noise as If it was the middle of the day!!!! A very run down hotel.
