「The place was clean enough, however the basement where the bedroom was, smelled like mold the entire time we were there. It gave me a headache. Also parking was difficult--we got a ticket because we didn't read the sign that was over 50 feet away stating they were cleaning the streets and not to park. I wouldn't stay here again.」

「This property was perfect for our family of 4. It provided us with enough space and comfort. My 10 year old son enjoyed the arcade game and both kids started their morning with a board game. Joe was very attentive to check in if we needed anything but we never did since the property had everything necessary for our stay. We would recommend to any family trying to hit a baseball game or any of the major attractions as it was 10-15 minutes away. 」

The unit is in the lovely, quiet Lafayette Park area with plenty of free parking. As other reviews stated you can hear the people upstairs but for us this was not disruptive. 「Our stay was good. Everything that was needed was there. The house is rustic and dark, having a total of two windows in one of the rooms. The biggest negative was not having control of the AC/heater. The instructions said to keep the thermostat at certain temperatures. There was no thermostat. We inquired about it, and were told that they would adjust to our satisfaction via remote. It got hot during the night. No way that I’m waking somebody up. This should be rethought.
