Nice and clean! Excellent continental breakfast with tons of options. Pool was really cold and sadly the hot tub was out of commission but I’m assuming they had just cleaned it and were refilling it.

Hi, Kristin! We regret that you did not get to experience our newly renovated rooms, but our hotel description on this and all websites clearly states that we do not accept cats. In any case, it is always best to notify the front desk that you are traveling with a pet when you check-in. Additionally, an unregistered pet can lead to extra fees and, at properties with particular rooms in which pets are allowed, you may have to move rooms after getting unpacked and comfortable. Used to be good, gone into disrepair.
TL;DR: used to stay here always - won’t be going back. Doors to the pool are broken and don’t close - a safety risk since little kids can simply walk in. The state of the doors shows they’ve been broken for a long time with no attempt to repair/replace. We needed a laundry facility and the dryer doesn’t start unless a staff member turns in on from a separate room (possibly a circuit breaker issue?) but regardless the dryer doesn’t put out heat so it’s a waste of money. Clothes comes out wet. Our door didn’t lock properly, the latch wouldn’t come back out the door. We discovered this and notified the front desk but they didn’t immediately fix it. We came back in the afternoon to find that after housekeeping came by, the door wasn’t properly closed and anyone could walk in. The atmosphere isn’t very welcoming. The lobby area is always closed with the lights off and the chairs up in the table. We wanted to eat some takeout and had to take the chairs down and eat in the dark while the hotel staff were laying down, shoes off, on the only little book with a couch in the entrance. Staff are reactive, not proactive. Pool towels always out, breakfast is mostly empty while they sit around. Public restroom by workout facility was filthy and never got cleaned over the course of our stay. Just bad. Find a different hotel.

The staff we interacted with were all really nice. There was ample parking and the pool/hot tub water was a comfortable temp. However, the hallway reeked in multiple places of weed. There was a nasty scum lining the whole pool and the hot tub entrance handle was damaged. Our room door lock was broken and we didn’t have a drain plug top on the sink.

Hotel need a lot of repairs especially breakfast area . Door on the breakfast area cabinets look like puppies chewed on it. On the ceiling was attached some pipe I believe was water because you can see water damage around it going down the walls windows are dirty. So could be some mold and isn’t healthy.So I stayed one night. It’s ok if you don’t have other choice but wasn’t worthy $150. They should charge less. I should take a picture.

The place is run down. Bathtub needs replacement. Hall carpets filthy. Coffee was cold and the cappuccino machine dispensed mostly water. Windows hadn't been washed in several years. Knockout smell of chlorine upon entering the lobby.

It was advertised as a king sweet and it was not. I paid almost $180 for one night hoping it was going to be a nice room. We had a trip planned and the room was not what it was listed as. On top of it we got there and fou d out the pool and hot tub did not work. There should have been a notice email sent out. I will most likely use other travel sites in the future.

The pool area was very nice, and breakfast room also nice. The carpeting was not clean, and was worn and had burn marks. The round plate on our shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall, so the curtain would not stay closed and water was spraying out on the floor. The lighting sconces in the hallway were broken. There was no sink stopper in the sink. I have to rinse my contacts before putting them in, so they were at risk of going down the drain.

The pool was closed due to chlorine levels our first night. The staff were kind and polite and offered a cancellation and refund. We stayed due to no availability in the area for the weekend. The pool was open the second night, but probably should not have been. The kids all complained of their eyes hurting and throats sore during and after the swim. The room was ok. The bathtub barely drained, our duvet cover was still wet and had a musty smell to it and the room and our sheets had stains on it. It was not typical of AmericInn we have stayed in before and we were disappointed by the overall status of the room and hotel especially for the price of the room each night.

Our room had outlets that didn’t work properly and there was still trash on the floor from someone. Beds were not very comfortable either. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast was about the only thing that was decent.
