Overall faultless place to stay
Highly recommended Guest House. Perfect to visit Brighton and nearby places such as Lewes and Chichester. Super helpful and knowledgeable hosts in a charming house. Spacious room, lots of special extras like daily fresh fruit. Spotlessly clean, everywhere. Excellent value for money.

Highly recommended
We’ve never stayed in a guest house before and was pleasantly surprised. This place is exactly what it says on the tin! Spotlessly clean, hosts are friending. Bed & pillows were comfortable. If I had to be really picky I’d say the shower was a little tight. But other than that we would 100% book here again next time. Thanks guys great place

Litet men bra hotell
Ett litet 'hotell' med endast 6-7 rum skötta av ägarna själva, Scott & Helen. Bra läge nära till både stranden och restaurangtäta Lanes med massa olika små gator och gränder. Rummet vi hade var mot en livlig gata nedanför så öronproppar rekommenderas. Kylen var liten och stod direkt på golvet så det blev en del krypande för att komma åt våra kylda pilsner. Sängen var stor och skön. Den dagliga städningen var exemplarisk.

Great place to stay
Nice, clean and beautiful room with friendly and reliable service. Excellent location near main attractions in Brighton. We were perfectly happy to our stay here and definitely recommend the Aquarium to other visitors as well.

Very good location , had the top room which wasn't big but it was big enough. Was slanted on one side so suitcases had to be left the otherside. , loo roll holder had come loose . otherwise people were lovely couldn't do enough to help .

Very attractive and spacious, stylish room, with modern facilities and very well furnished - good storage and sitting space. Spotlessly clean. Very well situated. The owners could not be more friendly and helpful.

Lovely couple, very friendly service. Room adequate, clean but bed uncomfortable, very soft & sqeeky. Nice touch having tea, coffee and breakfast snacks. Would come again if bed were better.

Great Little Gem.
Wonderful little place with great owners. Perfect central location for all Brighton activities. We walked to pier, shopping (the Lanes), concert, restaurants. Lovely!

Perfect location
I normally stay in typical hotels, so I was unsure how I would like this. It was terrific. The owners are extremely helpful and welcoming, the room is nice and comfortable, and the location can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at the Aquarium Guest House. The staff are friendly and welcoming and it's in a good location close to the beach and town. We were given fresh towels every day and a complemtary breakfast basket. Highly recommended.

Lovely boutique space close to everything
It's always a good start to a stay when the host greets you before you even manage to knock on the door with a huge smile and immediately picks up the heaviest bag. The remainder of our stay went just as smoothly. The room was well designed and comfortable, with room for the two of us to stretch out and a perfectly placed little table and chairs. The location was difficult to beat, it's even closer to the sea front than it looks from the photos, a hop skip and a jump to the pier, and a short walk to any number of food places and only a bit further to the Laines.

Lovely weekend break
Great central location, close to the Laines, Pavilion and the beach. The room was very clean with modern decor and all the extras you would expect like a hairdryer, tea and coffee. Plus a few things you wouldn't expect like a fresh fruit basket and free wifi. Our hosts were very friendly and willing to offer advice about the local area. We would definitely visit again.

Lovely Guest House close to Brighton pier
Friendly, welcoming staff - Scott was very helpful, especially with sorting out car parking and assisting us with our bags. Guest house in excellent location, very quiet so slept great. Lovely condition outside and inside with a very modern yet rustic feel. The room had plenty of storage space for clothes and even came with a complimentary breakfast basket filled with fruit and biscuits and tea/coffee making facilities. A hairdryer, towels and small bottles of shampoo/body wash were provided. Very pleased I booked this guest house instead of a hotel.

Beautiful, clean contemporary hotel ideal location
Stayed here for two nights and would stay again. The hotelier was very welcoming and accomodating. The room was beautiful and fresh in decor. Super clean to the point of perfection.

Flott opphold på dette gjestehuset. Beliggenheten var perfekt og veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Praktisk med kjøleskap på rommet når frokost ikke er inkludert. Matbutikk rett rundt hjørnet. Kurv med frukt og kjeks var et pluss, ble fylt opp hver dag. Eneste minus var at det var lytt og endel bråk fra gaten. 5 min gange til stranden og det samme til sentrum/the Lanes. Nytt og rent:-)

The Superior room was very clean an tidy really stunning blinds if you're looking to impress, If you leave the windows open there is some slight noise from the pub over the road, or you could just go and join them! But not a big deal, there is also a Tesco express just nearby and a Starbucks should you need them quickly for supplies, Great reception too, very friendly and wifi was a bonus

Tolles Hotel in der Näher vom Brighton Pier
Ich und mein Freund waren für insgesamt 4 Tage dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Hotel ist fast direkt am Meer und es gibt genügend Supermärkte die in max. 5 Minuten Gehzeit erreichbar sind. Unser Zimmer war leicht "schief" das es ein Altbau ist, macht es aber um so sympatischer. Man merkt das sehr auf das Hotel geachtet wird, es wirkt alles frisch renoviert, auch das Badezimmer war modern, geräumig und auf dem neuesten Stand.

Ut fra bildet i annonsen så hadde vi oppfattet dette som et hotell og ikke et "Gjestehus". Vi ble derfor tatt litt på senga da vi banket på døren og ble sluppet inn. Vi fikk rom på toppen - i 5. etasje - uten heis. Imidlertid - vertskapet var kjempekoselige og rommet romslig, fint oppusset og med fint bad, så vi slo oss umiddelbart til ro der. Gjestehuset lå veldig sentralt og fint, uten særlig trafikkstøy. Piren rett ned og gode restauranter i nabolaget..

Fantastic hotel
From start to finish hotel couldn't be better. We had never been to Brighton so unsure if the location would be right but it was excellent. Very near Seafront, pier, supermarkets and shopping/bars. Owners were very sociable and willing to help. room was very good. Plenty of space, kingsize bed and decorated very tastefully. Lovely to have a table and chairs near the window to look out and watch Brighton go by. highly recommended.

Superb Guest House.
Had a superb weekend away at this lovely guest house. Situated perfectly right near the Pier and the Brighton wheel as well as near all the local shops and gorgeous restaurants. The room was quiet and very comfortable and the owners very helpful and friendly. Would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful all around
Lovely hotel. Very conveniently placed, 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the station. Scott was very friendly and welcoming. Can't fault it in any way :)
