「Very accommodating staff」

「The hotel staff were lovely, we were upgraded to a deluxe room with a hot tub, as it was my partners 50th birthday. Also a lovely touch, a bottle of prosecco waiting in the room with a card. 」

「The menu provided a great selection of locally produced ingredients. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the choice of drinks on offer. The room was very comfortable and we, including our dog,were made to feel very welcome.」

「The hotel is decked out with Christmas decorations and looks very festive. My stay was excellent again. Lovely friendly staff and great spa facilities. 」

「Staff member who checked us in was polite and pleasant. Lovely clean and spacious loft room, huge bathroom which was on the lower floor. Beautiful sort white towels (although we did only have one bath towel). Breakfast hamper was great. It would be useful to have had a small table to eat at.」
