「ディズニーにも近く、大変満足です。 また必ず行きます。」

「I was very disappointed with our stay. We came hoping to create a memorable birthday experience, but unfortunately the condition of the resort did not meet our expectations. The room had spiders and other critters coming down from the ceiling, and it smelled as though it had not been properly cleaned. The floors were filthy, and it felt as if the cleaning equipment itself was not being maintained. When a place calls itself “Paradise,” that standard should apply not only to the beautiful outdoor...

「ディズニーへ歩いて15分と近く、エンジェルスタジアムにも車で10分。スーパーも車で５分。とても便利でした。駐車場から部屋への近さもよかったです。朝食も日替わりメニューもあり、美味しかったです。 隣のウェスティンと同様に、ディズニーの花火もよく見えました。ありがとうございました。」

「コンベンションセンターに行くのにとても便利ものは残念でした。 朝食は自由に注文して、40ドル分を差し引かれる形式でした。」

「このホテルは電話が通じず緊急連絡方法がない。全てショートメールを送るシステムで、そのショートメールも通信状況が悪くてなかなか送れない。ルームサービスを頼むこともできず、翌日は清掃がされていなかったがショートメールでタオルをもらうことくらいしか対応してもらえない。ベイビューの部屋は２Fだがエレベータ無し、ベルもいないので重い荷物を自分で運ぶ。快適とは言い難い。」
