良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

スタッフが皆さん礼儀正しくて、毎日気分良く過ごせました。2日間という短い滞在だったので、全てを理解していませんが、お菓子や日用品などを手軽に買えるコンビニエンスストアがあると良いと思いました。それと、部屋のテレビのプロモーションについては、スクロールが早過ぎてQRコードを読み込もうとすると、次の画面に移ってしまうので、もう少しゆっくり見たいと思いました。

快適に過ごせます。

大変快適に過ごさせて頂き、ありがとうございました。 2泊しましたが、2日目にダブルベッドの部屋へ変更をお願いしましたが快く受け付けてくれました。歯磨きセットの中の糸楊枝も気配りが効いていますね。ちょうど結婚式で騒がしかった事を除けばさすが５星という対応でした。スタッフの皆さんも笑顔でフレンドリーでした。また利用したいホテルです。

Very disappointing hotel

Hugely disappointed with my stay at crown plaza from arrival to departure which was 2 days early couldn’t put up with it much more the list of reasons is so big from arrive after a 14 hours journey to be told my room I had booked wouldn’t be ready till the next day but would go in a single room for The night them change the day after when one was free that was the start off 10 forgettable days at the crown plaza

The hotel is isolate and quiet in contrast to the hustle and bustle that characterizes the city of Delhi which give you some peace and safety. The staff helped us a lot with check in and check out time and we appreciated it very much. Breakfast was great as well as the room and the service. I'm giving 10 without any hesitation.

this is a very nice hotel and stay was also very good including food quality, staff is also very friendly Specially Mr. Surender from front offie was a gr8 help for city tour guidance .

Rats and roaches in room

This hotel rooms has bug beds. The staff is very rude. They charge me extra for nothing. I complain to hotel.com and they said no one available to solve my issue. I find rats and roaches in room.

Being an international traveler, the restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms were very handy to use. Close to the airport making it convenient for my return flight. Bad thing, was unable to make international phone calls.
