I am a frequent traveler, and I have to say I was never treated worse than at this supposed upscale hotel. Having the two restaurants close for two days at a full service, hotel is unacceptable. And then, when I tried to order room service, they drastically scaled back the available menu at only 9 PM. For the final disgrace at this property, the bath valve failed while we were in bed, sounding like a siren, and letting water gush into the bathtub. The manager on duty would not change rooms for me, although I was losing sleep and had a morning flight, “until I can have maintenance assess the situation “ oh, yes, if you get a package deal with parking like I did, that only includes self-serve parking, which is down a block and across the street from the hotel!
