Very quiet hotel … the staff was very accommodating and super nice the only thing is there’s not a lot of restaurants near by but beside that 9/10 will book again!

I will preface this by saying that the property was nice, and clean. The room itself was great, the only problem I had was that the shower / bathtub had no traction whatsoever on the smooth, porcelain bottom, and I slipped and fell. I got away with just some soreness, but if I had fallen at another angle I could have given myself a concussion. If I were elderly or infirm, it could have been a serious injury even falling how I did. However the main reason for my poor rating is that after driving away later that day, I found suddenly I was having my card declined trying to get gas. I assumed this was just a computer error, but when I checked my account, I saw I had been - on top of the cost paid for the nights, and the deposit - charged an additional THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for nothing. I called and they cancelled the payment, and told me I'd have it back in 3-5 days. I shouldn't need to say that being $300 short while TRAVELING is far from ideal, if I didn’t have a safety net I would have been stranded, unable to pay for gas or the hotel on the way back I had reserved. This is a very significant error, one for which I did not receive an apology or explanation or any sort of recompense other than having it cancelled, which still made me $300 poorer for the next week. Mistakes happen, but this is pretty extreme and problematic for a single error. I encourage you to check to make sure the same did not happen to you.

The room doors on the first floor were noisy when closing. Folks were allowing the doors to slam shut coming and going at varying hours throughout the day and night. Also, I had forgot something (not food) in the refrigerator after Checkout and had barely been gone for 10 minutes and when I went back to get it, Housekeeping had already cleared and threw away everything in the refrigerator. They hadn’t cleaned the room, they just cleared out the refrigerator and threw everyone there away. I was so upset.

It was quiet and out of the way so it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and always on hand. The facilities were clean at all times. For the most part, it was a hotel. The fact that I have no negatives is, I think, just as important as listing the good things.

The service and workers were excellent. The pillows were actually sheets shoved into pillow cases. While I brought my own pillow, if I had not, I would have been very upset with this pillow option. The he room was clean but there are no maid services unless requested. The coffee machine in the room was filthy. The morning breakfast was great although it disappears early from many guests!!

For the price we paid I would expect that all the amenities would be readily available. The breakfast area was not able to support the amount of guests that were there. They did not have coffee to go with the breakfast. They only had one ice machine working and it was on the first floor, we were on the third. Overall very disappointed in the choice we made

Both the front desk female employees I interacted with were wonderful. The breakfast included was a nice touch, being able to come down for breakfast without leaving the property. Only negative I had was though my room was clean and spacious, there was a musky/mildew smell that hit as soon as you enter. It was a short weekend trip and I only used the room to sleep and shower so I just dealt with it.
