Its incredibly spacious, very comfortable beds. 3 heated swimming pools and 5 min walk to beach, secure parking, and well stocked kitchen for self catering. We had our own roof terrace with bbq but as it was raining a lot we sadly couldnt use it, but would normally be wonderful. Very helpful hosts, i could hapoily live there.

What a great place to stay. We travelled with our 2 sons and had a 3 bedroom apartment which had everything you need. Very spacious, clean, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Owners were very nice and pools and spas were great. We'll definitely stay here again.

A very clean well appointed apartment. You are about 700 metres from Coolum Beach and shops. Walking distance to many restaurants of which most are very good or excellent. A great place.

Great for families with young children

The apartments are huge and great for families with small children. They are older style with older looking furniture but again that is fine when you have small children. Easy walk to the beach and the bbq area was great

We stayed in a king studio and it was great, it had a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge, sink and cutlery just enough to be able to make yourself a quick snack or light meal. Managers were lovely and the units are in a great spot. Very happy with our stay

Spacious and comfortable

Recently renovated apartment 6 very large with plenty of room and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There is a apartment block being built in front of the complex so the ocean glimpses will become minimalistic and the ugly old roof on the building in front is an eyesore. Great location convenient to the main shopping and eating street and the beach. Check in and out was easy and efficient parking is available but not easy with a large vehicle. Small incident with someone accusing us of throwing rubbish over our balcony and the managers calling us up on the phone to accuse us left an unpleasant taste in my mouth other than that was very happy with the size and condition

Good location & amenities. Friendly & accommodating hosts. However we had to replace 3 light bulbs in the unit. We were unable to use the safe as the batteries required changing.

Very pleased.

Easy check-in, underground parking, WiFi in house, with great TV and sitting room Very clean, and with Fans + AC in all rooms, it was easy to remain comfortable. Very short walk to the shops and places to eat as well.

We are in a quiet location, we don't get the Esplanade traffic noise nor the prevailing on-shore winds. We have 3 pools, 4 spas, a tennis court, a gym and a business lounge/library. 99% of our guests leave as relaxed contented people.

Weekend away.

Short walk to the beach and the manager was really nice. It was good but needed more towels in the room. TV has a youtube button but doesn't connect to internet.

Pleasant overnight stay.

We arrived mid afternoon on a Sunday and there was no reception; however we had been contacted prior to arrival with instructions on how to obtain our room key and room location within the large complex. We only stayed overnight and facilities were good and comfortable. We thought price was a bit over the top, but it was a resort style location on the Sunshine Coast, so maybe some excuse.

Beautiful complex.

Just got home from a 3 night stay at this beautiful complex. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great spot, only a few minutes walk to tje beach and main street. However we were only supplied with two bath towels and there was no housekeeping or additional toiletries supplied for the stay which was not ideal. Bit overall we enjoyed our stay.

Huge 3 bedroom apartments to fit the whole family

We have stayed at Coolum Seaside many many times before. We have tried other resorts and nothing seems to stack up. Beautifully equipped bbq areas to enjoy eating meals by the pool. A good way to save money for a family. The three bedroom apartment we stayed in was huge, well equipped, and close to facilities. Because it's not a highrise it is easy to walk from your room to the pool or exits to the beach without having to wait for a 'free' lift. Also easy to pack and unpack the car. We have stayed in highrises before when you try to unpack and pack and where the lifts are full before you even get in. We will be back. Managers were welcoming and accommodating, We were able to use the pool area for the rest of the day after we had vacated our apartment. The holiday can last just that little bit longer.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to beach

It was such a great experience from the get go. The hotel managers/owners were very helpful from check in to check out. The pool and spa were beautiful and the room was clean but homely. I would definitely recommend this hotel/apartments. It's very close to the beach and a short drive from some fun destinations.

Lovely place, with some minor annoyances

Lovely place, clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and very close to the beach. These are apartments, rather than a hotel. You have to take out your own rubbish or you will be charged $12.50! There were a few other inconviences--reception closes at 5:30 but we were able to get the key from a lock box; pool towels are available at reception, but for a cost of $3 each (not refundable); and the "free" wifi provided a measly 300MB that ran out shortly after we started using it. Aside from the nickel & dining, everything was great. I'd stay there again.

Very nice and quiet facility

We had the 2-bedroom apartment which is very spacious and well equipped. Close to the beach and shopping but quiet, well maintained. We were very happy. Lovely deck with grill overlooking the hinterland and ocean. Great place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean comfy & quiet

We enjoyed our stay here a special the room was exceptionally clean. The lines was crisp and the towels were super soft ( something's are important to me when I stay somewhere) bed was comfy and the room had a great feel to it. We over looked the pool and our studio apartment was not noisy at all. The managers we met on our departure and they were super friendly and accomodating... all in all we loved it and we will return as we love The Coolum area as well:-)

Great for families

Second time we have stayed, fantastic facilites, nice big fully self contained rooms, Murray and Sandy are lovely to deal with. 1 street back from the beach, close to shopping and surf club. highly recommend to stay here..
