Trainee staff checked in my son's separate room into my room. Due to improper check in process, I was double charged for my room. It took three calls over four days in order to get this resolved. The first person said they were too busy to respond to my request for a billing copy and said I should get it from Expedia. That person said they would call me back but never did, leaving it up to me to call back again and leave a voice mail message. When that was not responded to for two days, I had to call back again. I did not feel that they were very understanding about my claim of double charging and I had to press by situation before it was responded to. On my trip, I visited 4 different hotels in three different cities and this experience was the worst. D

Valet parking was awesome, front desk was very helpful and answered all our questions. Even after checkout they held our bags and allowed us to keep our car parked until the Football game we attnded to was over.

The downtown location is in the heart of everything, while being very convenient and walking distance to many sights, restaurants, sporting venues. etc. The amenities of this hotel are many, while the staff is exceptional!

hotel was good-had trouble checking in-room was not ready-finally got a room key at 5:00 pm after having a fit at the front desk- they did compensate me for my aggravation and the rest of the weekend was good

The check in staff was not very friendly, the parking attendants were very friendly. The room clean, bed comfortable, pillows not. Restroom inside doorframe was rotted, very visible, not pretty. Surprising for a pricy hotel. Area has lots of great restaurant options. Walkable to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Guardian BB stadium. Great location.
