シャワーは基本、水です。 時間帯により、水すら出ませんでした。 スタッフが技術者を呼び改善するから２０分待ってくれとのことでしたが、2時間後に復旧されました。 私が泊まった部屋だけではなく、同じフロアの別の部屋も水が出ないと騒いでいました。

残念
バスタブのお湯がまったく出ない、シャワーはかろうじて出るがぬるくて風邪ひきそう。カウントダウンパーティーは期待して感じとは違い残念な感じ。去年別の5★ホテルのカウントダウンが楽しかったので尚更残念。フロントとスカイバーのスタッフは笑顔で親切だが、レストランの受付女性、1階のバーのスタッフは無表情で態度が悪い。マクタン島泊まるなら絶対に5★ホテルをすすめます。

こんなリゾートホテルは日本ではなかなか味わえないので、とてもたのしかったです。 接客や物のクオリティ自体はフィリピンらしい部分もありますが、フィリピンの中でもハイクラスでした。 広いプールは入らなかったですが、あるだけで開放感もあって、５階から眺めているだけでもリゾート気分を満喫できました。 シービューの部屋でした

新しいプールが充実しているリゾート
新しくてプールが充実しています。ただ、コルドバで中心部から離れているため、タクシーを捕まえるのが大変です。GRABを使用してもタクシーがなかなか捕まりません。ホテルの雰囲気は最高です。

広いプールがついた新しくてきれいな最高のホテル
スタッフさんの対応もよく、きれいで最高のホテルでした。 プールも思った以上に広くて、開けた1Fにそのままプールが傍にあるイメージ。 海行ってホテルに帰ってきたあともプールで泳げるという本当に優雅な時間を過ごせます。 まったりしたい方には本当におすすめ。 一つ欠点をあげるなら、市内から本当に離れているということ。 空港からは1時間ほどかかります。 夜セブシティに行こうとすると遠すぎることが理由で、タクシーの運転手には駄々こねられました。(若干ではありますがお金も通常のメーターよりプラスで払いました) そしてホテルまで帰る際はいろんなタクシーを乗りましたが、場所を知ってる人は誰1人いませんでした。(ホテルが新しいからかもしれません) 道を間違えて反対方向に進まれ、最終的に行きより2倍の額も払ったりすることもありました。 タクシーそのものがセブはかなり安いですし、現地の人が本当に優しいのでそこまで不満はありませんでしたが、どこかに遊びに行く際は、ホテル内でGoogle mapを開いたまま遊びにいくなり、ホテルの人に住所のついた名刺(？)なり持って行動することをおすすめします。

Way over priced , false advertising, they want to charge you for everything. A slice of cheesecake $1500 pesos, 4 seasons juice $250 pesos etc. save your pesos and go some where Eldo, not worth we normally stay at high end resorts but this is no where to the standard

Rooms are not properly maintained. crews in front desk did not give me enough time to check out when i have 3 toddlers and a pregnant family member while they gave us hustle when we check in and gave us a dirty rooms so i decided to upgraded to their old building which is facing in their “ sea view “ while the old building hasnt been updated or remodeled.

To be honest I didn't find anything about the property I liked other than drinks at the bar. Many things about the property I did not like. But it is very popular with a lot of people so take it or leave it. But will not come back.

陽台景色無敵，水量正常，水溫偏低但還能接受(菲律賓水準)，押金一晚2000(不太懂押金跟住幾天為何有關係)，入住手續約10min(符合菲律賓速度) 飯店附近什麼都沒有，建議適合只待在飯店耍廢的人 缺點： 1.兒童遊戲室看起來很不錯，但因為只能玩30分鐘(住一天跟兩天都一樣)， 然後就要加錢，所以一個小孩都沒有，有沒有這麼吝嗇 一般飯店設施不是都無限用？ 2.迎賓飲料不怎樣 3.房間螞蟻多 但整體來說瑕不掩瑜，為了水樂園來住兩晚，是值得的 7767NTD/2晚，對比飯店設施，我覺得很超值

Property is huge and beautiful. Great food and wonderful hospitable service at earth restaurant. Beautiful selection of pools. Check in was long and they could not find my reservations via Expedia. I waited 30 minutes until everything was sorted out. It was disappointing - but overall experience at the facility was great. Room was comfortable, clean and great view. Rate 4 stars. ♥️

Beautiful resort with numerous pools to choose from. The restaurant was great with plenty of entree options for breakfast and dinner. The rooftop restaurant offered a wonderful view of the city at night and even more scenic ocean view at sunset. The staff are great; professional, uniformed, and assistive to the customer's needs. My only complaint is the cosmetics of the rooms. Some of the mirrors look very old and peeling. Some of the caulk in the bathrooms are also peeling. Overall, the hotel is wonderful and would recommend to anyone wanting a secluded location.

Check-in process was long and have to wait more that 20mins to get out room. Room aircondition was dripping water during the night and did not function well. Staff was excellent, propery needs to be maintened well.

I was disappointed at the frontdesk as soon as I checked in.There was nonline at all but both frontdesks were looking down not checking almost ignoring me on the line.Their website does not work so I booked with Expedia.They asked for the email confirmation from Expedia so I showed the expedia app but that wasn’t enough she had me pull the email so I did as if I had no reservation or they never received the reservation from Expedia. I asked to be upgraded but for some reason it took them a while to figure out that there wasn’t any available so I decided to add a room so there were 4 adults and 2 toddlers but I was only given two waterpark tickets which I do not understand so I asked her how is that possible because I can’t just leave a 4 and 2 year old on their own so she said you have to pay extra 600 php or take one kid at a time like what???!! The rooms were so basic it does not even have a usb charger, the rfloors were sticky like it wasn’t mopped.One of the rooms has very bad cable signal, it was in and out of cable the chanels were so pixelated.The breakfast was so chaotic! We asked for bottled water and we were told to buy outside where they sell popcorn rightoutside the restaurant but we ate at 7 so it was still closed. This hotel is too expensive for what it can offer on top of that the staff I dealt with meh! Never coming back and I do not recommend the property!

Plenty of pools for the adults and kids. There inflatable water park looked like fun but wasn’t for us. I wouldn’t recommend for an older person. There is construction going on a new addition to the water park which will be nice upon completion. Beach disappointment, hot water in your room only early in morning or late at night. My reservation was for 3 people, only gave 2 towels. No hand towels or wash clothes. The food had a very good variety but for me wasn’t anything I would write home about. The free breakfast was pretty good but very over priced for dinner and not worth it in my opinion. My hamburger was not cooked and the bacon was not cooked either. Watch your step on the wet tiles. You can very easily slip and fall. One last thing. They offer shuttle service to pick you up at airport. But they don’t offer a shuttle return trip to airport. Taxi only and an extra 100 peso for taxi to come to resort. Every time taxi ride was different price. I took a taxi from airport. I don’t advise this. Arrange for a shuttle. When we tried to get a taxi all the drivers played dumb and said they didn’t know where resort was. I think about the 8th taxi took us. Of course he could have taken us a shorter route but still only cost us 360 php Trip from resort to airport cost us 600 php. So beware of taxi cab drivers. Always ask how much first. All in all enjoyed our stay, just not the food or transportation to and from. Won’t stay again.

The property is still getting repaired from the tyhpoon .but thats not the hotels fault ,the whole experience at the hotel was fantastic from the food ,the service ,the staff and the facilities and the rooms . A great experience, i would definitely return

The room I booked was a suite supposedly 1 King bed and 2 Twin beds, however, we ended up getting a 1 king bed and a sofa bed. When we saw the room situation, I honestly felt embarrassed to my family. I didn’t complain and just tried to enjoy our stay anyway.

Hello I recently stayed 5 nights at you resort in Mactan Cebu and was pleasantly surprised with the facilities. It has a good atmosphere, clean, well organized and the pools were clean. I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating your staff members were, they went well and above beyond what i expected. While i was staying i visited several different tourist sites and shopping facilities including different restaurants and i have to admit that the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at your resort were somewhat disappointing, the food was generally cold and the selection was at a minimal compared to other restaurants i visited and your pricing is also almost double what it is in a good restaurant that has much more variety not to mention the food would be hot. 처음 배정받은 방이 베란다 앞이 벽으로 막힌 방이며 개미가 나오더라구요 이건 아니다 싶어 방을 바꿔달라고 요청해서 바꾸긴 했지만 영어 못한다고 햇볕도 들지 않고 바람도 잘 통하지 않는 이런 말도 안돼는 방을 배정한것에 너무 황당했습니다 룸바닥은 청소를 안하는지 닦았을때 시꺼멋고 화장실 세면대는 수전이 고정이 안돼있어 불편했어요 전기 콘서트 제대로 꼽히는 데가 없어 거의 충전 안됌 필리핀 한달살고 있는데도 물갈이 안했는데 솔레아가서 물갈이 해서 설사하고 힘들었음 조식 정말 먹을 거 없음 빵종류는 좀 있음

We absolutely loved this resort !! Check in was great Joann was very friendly and informative. The property is very well kept and looks incredible. Many pools , waterslides, daycare, children's pool, the view from the 8th floor is breathtaking. The dinner buffet was huge and the staff was great. Or server was Nestirio Zafra. He was so good with our 3 year old giving her ice cream and other snacks. The next morning we were sad to have to checkout but we did go for the breakfast buffet and it was also very huge serving American and Filipino dishes. I will rate this hotel 5 stars !!!! And will definitely return.
