施設は非常に綺麗で、清掃も行き届いていましたが、タオルやアメニティの追加、送迎の手配など、フロントに依頼したことをやってもらえていないことが何度かありました。こちらの英語が通じていないせいもあると思うので、英語力がある程度ない場合は避けた方がいいです。日本語スタッフはいません。

楽しかった旅
チェックインの際に、予約が入っていないと言われてちょっと焦ったけど、無事に案内してもらえて安心。 部屋は4階だったけど、反対にプールが良く見えて子供が遊んでるのを手をふって見守ることができた。 ハバナはノリノリで盛り上がり、朝食ビュッフェも毎日少しずつメニューが変わって飽きなかった。 ホテルタクシーも良心的だし、何より安心出来た。けど、マリバゴグリルでお料理が出て来るのが遅くてお迎えに10分遅れたらめちゃキレらたのでその態度はホテルマンとしてどうかと思った。 でも、子供達にとっては天国で来年も行く～と息巻いているけらい楽しめたので及第点かな。

エキストラベットを頼みましたがソファーのようなものしかなく、ブランケットもありませんでした。 設備は古くフロントも長蛇の列でもう少し改善して欲しいです。 プールやアクティビティは充実していてレストランも美味しかったです。 滞在者はほぼ全員韓国人でした。

宿泊予約は4人で行っている。但し、部屋のアメニティは1〜2名分しか無い。電話で伝えたが2日目は3人分、3日目は2人分。アメニティは追加もされず、同じものを連日使用。バスタオルは2枚のみ。フェイスタオルは1枚。水も2本だけ。その他のサービスは凄く良かった。

Ｗｉ-Ｆｉ以外は最高
・Ｗｉ-Ｆｉが弱い　 部屋の中でＷｉ-Ｆｉが入る場所と入らない場所があり、入る場所でも入らない時間がある。　必要がある方はポケットＷｉ-Ｆｉ、ＳＩＭ等他の作戦を検討するのも手です。　 プールサイドなどで使えるoutdoor Ｗｉ-Ｆｉの方はそれなりに強く、インスタ投稿するためにわざわざプールサイドに降りたりしていました。　 ・部屋の設備　 マクタンスイートに滞在しましたが、電子レンジ、ケトル、冷蔵庫、台所ｼﾝｸ、ベランダの物干し等があり、便利でした。　　 ・プール　 評判通り最高です。子供は大喜びでした。流れるプールの両脇からはキノコやニモから強烈な水圧の噴水が飛んできます。水鉄砲級のパワーです。韓国から来ているお子さんの多くはツバ付きのキャップを被っていて、これがあれば強水圧流れるプールでも便利だなと思いました。　 ・海　 階段を降りると波打ち際になっていて、かなり綺麗です。　階段脇にパンの入った壺が置いてあり、このパンを投げると魚が群がってきます。ものすごい量です。子供も大人も大喜びでした。なお、ライフジャケット、シュノーケリング道具は借りられますし、ライフセーバーが居ますので安心して遊べました。　 ・カートが便利　 ロビーからホテル敷地エントランス迄100ｍくらいの距離をカートに乗せて連れて行ってくれます。また、ホテルに帰ってくると、エントランスでカードに乗せてもらえ、自分の部屋がある棟まで直接カートで連れて行ってくれます。かなり楽でした。　 ・プールの中、周りのバー プールの中と周りにはバーがあります。　プールに入りながら飲むサンミゲル生は最高です。１杯120ﾍﾟｿ（約250円）。天国。　また食事も大きなピザやガーリックチキン（ポテト付き）が1,000円程度ですのでホテルにしてはかなりお安いと思います。　 ・空港から　 マクタン空港から白タクで1,200円程度、30分くらいの距離にあります。 ・近隣　 ホテル目の前にＳｈａｎｇショッピングモールがあります。　中には、レストラン、Ｍｅｔｒｏスーパーマーケット（夕食後の時間は激混み）、安いお土産屋、Happy Treeマッサージ（1時間500円程度で足マッサージ）、インスタ映えする飲み物が豊富なＴａｍｏｎｇ、レートの良い両替所等があります。※トライシクル運転手が進める両替所も近くにありますが、Ｓｈａｎｇ内に行ってください。１万円にお両替で500円程度損します。　 ・近隣レストラン　 トライシクルで10分程度の距離にあるＡＡ ＢＢＱがお勧めです。鶏肉が圧倒的に美味いです。料金も安くクレジットカードも使えます。　 マリバゴグリルも美味しいですが、料理が出てくるまであまりにも時間がかかるので、そのあたりを考慮して行かれることをお勧めします。　 総じて素晴らしいホテルだと思います。

滞在中バスタブの掃除がされなかったけど、他は良かった。設備は古くなってきてるけどまぁ快適に過ごせる。

結論から言えば、Jパークホテルにして良かったです！次もこのホテルに宿泊したいです。子供がいるので、プールが充実したホテルがいいなぁと思っていて、プライベートビーチもあるし、ホテルでマリンスポーツを申し込めました。オランゴ島へのアイランドホッピングも申し込めるみたいなので、次はアイランドホッピングを楽しみたいです。部屋も思っていたより広くて、リビングと寝室が分かれていて、浴槽とシャワーも分かれていました。水圧、お湯もちゃんと出て、問題無かったです。電圧は、差し込みプラグが２つあるので、220Vの方にドライヤーは差し込めば風量問題ないです。すぐに乾かせます。ベランダとお風呂場に、洗濯干しがあるので助かりました。ベランダに干す場合は、風が吹くと飛んでいくかもしれないので、洗濯バサミを持っていくのがいいと思います。部屋の掃除は行き届いていて、アメニティーも毎回補充してくれていました。ホテルを出て、左斜め前直ぐに、スーパーマケットME TROOがあるので、ドリンクやスナック菓子はそこで買えば安いです。スーパー行くまでに、何軒かお土産さんがあります。ばら撒き土産を買うのに、スーパーかお土産さんで安くしてもらうのがいいと思います。ホテルのスタッフさん全員が笑顔で、サービスも良かったです。今のところ、日本人スタッフさんが3人居るみたいで、帰国前日に女性のスタッフさんにお会い出来て、タクシーの予約を頼みました。メータータクシーをお願いしたんですが、メータータクシーの方だと、当日の朝しか予約出来なくて、中々来なかったり、遠回りするかもしれないと言われ…悩んだんですけど、ホテルのレンタカータクシーをお願いしました。600ペソだったんですけど、時間通りにきてくれたし、ハイエース的大きなな自動車で安全運転でした。行きしは、白のメータータクシーが見当たらなかったので、仕方なく、イエロータクシーに乗りました。500ペソでした。車酔いしてしまったので、タクシードライバーの当たり外れはあると思います。空港へのシャトルバスもあるみたいなんですが、午前6時の後が11時だったので、朝食を食べたいのもあって、タクシーを選びました。シャトルバスは、1人150ペソで12歳以下は無料です。フライト時間が上手く合うのと、少人数で12歳以下ならば、シャトルバスがお得です。本数を増やしてほしいです。女性の日本人スタッフさん、親切に色々な情報を教えてくれて、ありがとうございました。海辺でのディナーも最高に素敵で、ステージでの生歌やダンスも良かったです。味付けは日本人に合うと思います。送迎の件と常時日本人スタッフさんが居てくれたらいいなぁと思う以外は、100点満点のホテルでした。次回も、このホテルに宿泊するつもりです。
